A Spell-less Mage

A magic academy is a place to nurture young, promising mages to become a future talent. Following the enrollment of Taimadou's 12th freshman batch, there appears to be no issue whatsoever. However, it seems that a 'plague' managed to pass through their filter.

Rin is one of the students enrolled in the academy. As he's a descendent of the top mage clans, he should unquestionably wield magic. But unknowingly, there may have been an oversight in their judgment!
