Beatification: Day Zero.

It sort of happens when you least expect it.

Like a dream, you never thought you could have.

A touch from the most deepest part of yourself.

A revelation about what you are destined to deal with.

A door you should never have opened.

Just like a Pandora box.

But I remember not having a choice.

I get the feeling that I was forced unto it.

I...

I am Harrison Dam.

But you may refer to me as 'Harry'.

I am Your Smiling Knight.

And to my side, my forever Lovely-slash-sensitive esquire, Sam.

"Say 'hello' to the Readers, Sam!"

"..."

Well, she's a bit shy with new people.

But you'll love her as she is my friend and...

Welp, no spoiler.

I got this chapter all for myself.

So, why don't I tell you a little story about a coward becoming a knight?

Let's get right into it..

2005.

SEYCHELLES.

Le village de Malendruï.

"Harry!!"

Screams an old man, both hands covering his ass, in pain because of the urge.

Stomping on the toilet's door with his foot.

He hurries a little boy, careless of the situation, texting on his phone to a certain someone.

"Damn You, Harry!! You're lucky you don't have parents!"

Threatens the old man, nearly shitting on himself, to the little boy.

But no response.

At long last, gentler knocks on the door followed by a sweet voice makes the little boy comes out of the toilet.

"..you deaf?"

The little boy replies, looking down.

"No."

"Then, why did you let him insult you, Harrison? You should fucking have told him off!! This shitty old virgin.. Don't worry. I locked him in that damn toilet. He will sleep in his own shit.."

A light laugh comes out of the little boy's mouth but shuts it straight-away as he is too shy.

"Come on! You should laugh like a man!! HAHAHA!!! Like that, fuck! Or else, you'll stay a virgin all your life too!! Understood?"

Her name was Marrinade.

"Yes, ma'am..."

I answered, with a timid smile.

At the time, I was living in my birthplace, Seychelles.

An island on the verge of extinction.

"I heard when I was near the toilet, sound of texts from your phone. A girlfriend?"

But, there was still a few houses.

I stayed in her's.

I even had my own room.

"..Maybe... I-I met this girl on Instagram and we've been talking a lot these day."

Her eyes showed sparkles as she was excited for some reason.

"That...That is GREAT!!!🤩 Do you want to talk about it?"

She asked.

I knew she was happy for me.

I knew she wanted me to live my life, full speed.

And telling her that I met someone.

She felt happiness.

"sure.."

And I wanted to let her discover the fruit of her hard work as she dedicated a decade of her lifetime to nurture me.

"Okayy.."

Marrinade was the sun of my life.

An existence I couldn't compare to anything.

I thought at some point that she was immortal.

Yet, I learnt the hard way that nothing in this world is absolute.

There will always be flaws.

There will always be tears.

There will always be...

"Why don't we drink some beer?"

There will always be people who strive to make a smile out of every situation.

I wonder if one day, I will be able to smile that easily...

"Haha.. That's disgusting!"

I added.

It was a bliss time.

I enjoyed it as much as I could.

I was growing up.

I was learning.

I was discovering.

But that bliss time didn't last.

Because..

*BOOM* *BOOM* *BOOM* *BOOM*

The same day I first told Marrinade about the online girl.

An alien fell from the sky.

Taking her life..

But not mine.

Surrounded by fire and debris, I tried to cry her name but no sound would come out.

The lack of oxygen demonstrated the realness of Human Limits.

I was tired and angry that I was that powerless.

'Why don't we drink some beer'--She said.

That was the last words that came out of her mouth.

After that, she just withered away.

Marrinade was the sun of my life and before I could try anything, THEY took my sun away from me.

Confronting the one responsible for killing her.

The alien was in bad shape too.

But his last words were crystal clear.

"You are worthy, Human Knight. But the Autobots aren't. Be careful of who you trust.. Be wary of who you choo---"

I was still angry at it and myself.

I kept thinking about Marrinade.

She told me a lot of times that a man doesn't cry.

A man shall smile the brightest.

If not, Who would?

So, I smiled instead letting go.

The 'me' who didn't care about being like her smiled as hard as he could.

To move on; To stand tall; To believe; To strive; I decided to never stop smiling about any situation.

Because I wasn't powerless anymore.

I had the talisman besting my abilities.

I could now, hoist a sword and wield a shield.

I had become the knight.

Guardian of the Cube: The All-Spark.

NOW.[Evening of Day Two]

Café Resto.

"Take it easy, Sam..--I don't know what you are trying to prove, Transmigrator, but you will cause the end of the world by doing shits like earlier. The host of Quintessa is not a play-thing."

Harry, worried, helps Sam by eating porridge before diverting his attention to Osléo Buë.

"I know.. You aren't teaching me anything new, Harry. I know it wasn't the original plan to do that but I needed to. I already told you that the only one I respect is You. In no way will I obey the orders of Little boy. That's why I agreed with Jeremiah to reveal myself that soon.."

Harry flinches at the revelation at the statement of Osléo he already knew.

"The only reason I revived you was because of Little boy. You should be begging for his grace and yet, you go behind his back and betray him. I didn't pierce a shard of the cube for you to go rogue. You shall respect the wishes of Little boy."

Osléo Buë understands and nods in agreement.

"Sam will deal with your case.. I'll leave her here. Little boy wants me to go catch The Host Of Quintessa; It seems that the time has come for Little boy to meet the Villainess."

Said a Harry, huggie to Sam, before leaving both of them alone.

"..Hey."

Tries Osléo Buë as a way to start the conversation.

But Sam sighes before replying:

"I'm against Little boy too, you know. This way of ideology is wrecking homes and lives. But I follow his rules because he's my 'Brother'. If you respected Harry, you would follow the rules too."

"I do respect him but--"

Osléo Buë tries to defend herself but Sam isn't ready to let her.

"You don't! You are putting his position at risk. If Little Boy decides to punish someone, it definitely won't be you and you know why. Harry is protecting you and has protected you since the beginning. I hope you rectify your actions before this situation worsens.."

Powerless against Sam, when she's clearly strong, Osléo Buë agrees with a nod of the head.

"Don't forget that I am a Transmigrator too. I won't hesitate to end you and your fake mother if My Harry was to get hurt.."

A threat sent to Osléo.

At that moment, Osléo wanted her mother but couldn't.

Because she knew, she let her mother down.

Still, she hoped for something...

"Harry expects me to teach you a lesson, Again. But I know that right now, you are too stubborn to be a one of us. Instead, I will ask you something. Never reach a point where neither Harry'll have to kill you nor gets Harry hurt. Promise me that and I will do my possible that you find your mother."

"Samantha... Thank you.."

Osléo, nearing the tears flowing down her cheeks, shows her appreciation towards Sam's gesture.

"Don't call me that.. It's weird. I'm so used to people refering to me as Sam or The Tuxedo man..ha! 'Samantha Witwicky' is so unreal.."

Explains Sam as she makes weird gestures with her hands.

"You flailing your hands is weirder. Where's the composed and cold Sam I'm used to and Rider of the famous 1978 Safari car? Remember you picked me up with that when I was killed and rap--Well, you know. But, I still can't believe it when you do things that doesn't fit into your personnage."

Sam understands.

She nods in agreement.

"Stop joking with me.. So, you were telling me earlier that Doc still thinks that you are a man.. How about General Witwicky..?"

Asks a curious Osléo.

"Same. Those old dudes are so pathetic. Recently, Little boy ordered them to check on the two other Michelle Ranna's. Guess what?-- One of them died when your mother went havoc. The other fled the scene like a naughty criminal."

"Seriously? That's so pathetic. I wish they were women. They could have been more responsible and witty-in general."

Adds Osléo, as she sips onto her orange juice.

"Yea--You don't want a coffee like me.? Why drink juice in a café restaurant?"

Sam, intrigued, questions Osléo on her taste.

But instead of giving the usual response, Osléo answers with another question:

"Why aren't you a prophet when you are clearly a Witwicky?"

Sam, stunned for a short moment, laughs ot out.

"..You know why I ain't a Prophet anymore, Osy."

"And you know damn well why I can't drink Coffee anymore.. Since we are besties from our past lives."

Replies an Osléo, smiley.

"You teaser.. Don't ever mention that anymore. I still don't want Harry to learn that I am a Transmigrator too."

"Why not?"

Osléo points out as a question, then, follows with:

"You know our story. I met you when we were six. I was a troubling kid, unable to keep my mouth shut and you was touched by tetraplegia. Now, we are still together despite the opposite paths we took each. I am the strong woman I always believed to be and you can finally walk and sense after years of nothingness in that bed."

Osléo argues well, making Sam understands the reason she must walk her free'd route.

"..You are talking too much, Osy. But I do get your point. And it is taken."

"Can you stop with the Osy? It's weird.."

"Heh-I know, right?"

Jokes a smiley Sam.

To be continued, I guess?😂😂

"In May, two updates to end the novel in a grandiose way. Second volume? Maybe not.."
