Alanna went up to her room and saw that her cell phone was dead. Faolán had probably tried to reach her and she couldn't answer, as she was too busy killing and dismembering and disappearing two bodies and another car.

She took off her clothes, which she would get rid of later. As soon as she showered, she went to check her phone. She still had an hour until she had to get dressed and go to work. Even though she was about to call to say she was sick and staying home. Honestly, she wasn't in the least bit of mood or patience to deal with any more problems that day.

She didn't know what Tyr and his father were up to. She very much doubted Gustav would let that 'humiliation' pass. Okay, she'd flashed Tyr her fangs, but who would believe him? She was hoping that he wouldn't bother her anymore. Unless he was crazy, or suicidal.
