Solo Cultivation in The Apocalypse

Eya and Kakashi ran like crazy. They had to reach the other side at any cost, and as soon as possible.

Kakashi's pain was moderate, but as he ran, it started increasing step by step. Currently, it was not hurting him enough to stop him from moving.

As took the turn and kept following Eya-nee, he saw the green glow missing. It had shifted, or it has moved. The bullets, then the chants of curses and spells, and now this.

"Hurry!" he shouted, and Eya increased the page. She drew her wand and applied brakes around the corner.

She slid on the ground, the leaves and dirt mounted around her foot, then she kicked the air and rushed to the other side. She was out of Kakashi's sight.

He drew his wand and recited the spell he had planned to use. Guardian or not, he had to use it. He did not stop around the corner, he went ahead, then stopped running.
