17: 3 Spirit's Spirit Cultivation

Three spirit's Spirit Cultivation.

Long ago, there were three mighty warriors, all set on killing each other. Why do they want to kill each other, you may ask. Well, until this day, we do not know. These three warriors were all in the Heavenly Spirit realm. One was known as Tian, another known as Aiguo, and the last was known as Pai. Ordinary names for the most unordinary people.

These warriors were once great friends, sworn brothers, actually. They were said to have met at the age of 10, at a now unknown school. They sparred nearly every day for hours, cultivated together, and shared everything thing they had. However, how they grew apart was never known.

While they were still friends and at the young age of 200, all of them worked together for decades creating a Cultivation Technique. They all dreamed of creating a technique, only for themselves, but their wishes were unanswered and they never finished the technique they tried making.

How they grew apart and why they became enemies is still a mystery. Tian had no disciples, Aiguo had a disciple, but his disciple later died because of a beast while in the Sky realm. Pai, however, had 3 disciples, all of them grew up strong and in just two hundred years, 2 of them got into the King Spirit realm while the last sadly passed due to an accident in a duel, but he too also made it to the king Spirit realm before he died. Some believe this was the reason they all split up, because of their disciples.

After aging to 500, the three once friends all reached the Heavenly Spirit realm. It was in those years that the three finally separated, becoming sworn enemies, the complete opposite of their earlier status of sworn brothers.

They fought year after year in the Eastern Desert, near the vast bodies of water now known as the Blood Sea. Year after year, sand swept in a large cyclone-like shape, destroying the few living organisms.

In just 10 years later the sand storms halted, the hiding creatures came out, and the sun was once again visible to the Eastern Desert.

No one knew what had happened, did they all die? Did someone from a higher realm come and kill them? Did they all go to another continent? I guess we'll never know except for Pai's disciples.

After the mysterious disappearance, one of Pai's disciples found the unfinished Cultivation Techniqe and remodeled it to the 3 Spirit's Spirit Culitvation.

The main idea of this Cultivation Technique is being able to find out and correctly copy all three of the great warriors' main cultivation techniques, which are all greatly similar. (All of their cultivation techniques are no longer existant on this planet)

It is unknown why the disciple chose to name it the 3 Spirit's Spirit Cultivation Technique....

(1) Starting from Tian's Cultivation Technique/First Step.... Gathering Qi

(2) Next onto Aiguo's Cultivation Technique/Second Step.... Learning to Cultivate Qi

(3) Lastly onto Pai's Cultivation Technique/Third Step.... Quickening the process.

After completing all three, you will reach complete mastery. This is a three in one deal, great for low leveled cultivators! (Totally not an advertisement) Easy to learn, and great for gathering and cultivating Qi!

"... How... the hell.. am I going to understand this!?"

< Read on, you are not finished. >

Wen summarized the First Step after reading it for around half an hour.

First step: Form a Dantian

~~

"Seriously!? 50 Pages all to say to form a Dantian!? What the fu*k!"

< Contain your anger, read on, don't lose focus, skip to the Second Step. >

"Easy for you to say," Wen muttered. After two hours Wen also finished reading the Second Step.

"So, all I have to do is learn the Cultivation Technique now, right?"

< Correct, it'll be long and tedious... >

"Yes, I can tell..."

After a short 2 days of cultivating, Wen had successfully completed Steps one and two of the 3 Spirit's Spirit Cultivation.

"Surprising, this cultivation technique didn't even have anything to do with spirits," Wen muttered.

< Not everything is as it seems. The real topic can be vastly different than the title, sometimes more or less. Not everything in our lives can be trusted with absolute certainty. >

Wen nodded, he had personally gone through the trust and betrayal thingy already in his other life. It wasn't really a betrayal though, but it was unexpected, so...?

"Sigh, I wonder if Talen is looking for me again. It wouldn't be surprising because of my sudden strange appearance that the elders told him to keep a watch on me," Wen pondered aloud. "My mask though, although it is only half of a mask, people react as if it is a full mask, I should write my father soon,"

Wen prepared himself for the day. When he first started cultivating it was around diner time. Wen had shut all of the curtains and read by candlelight, as it felt better for him to do so that way. He was not in a great mood, as he had reached the middle of the 8th spirit refinement.

Wen opened his door and-

"The hell? It's nighttime?" The moon shined a beautiful silver, illuminating everything around it. From the buildings on the ground to the clouds in the air.

"At least I can get back to bed..." Wen sighed dispiritedly.
