Dr Alto Clef

Iris and Dr. Therman listen in as Dr. Clef approaches Sasha, gently cupping the emerald and diamond pendant around her neck.

"I knew it was you when I saw this neckless. I also wish I could tell you I would be around for a while, but Dr. Bright is sending me right back out again." Dr. Clef says with a sad smile.

Sasha looks him in the eyes. "But I have so many questions! When will you be back?"

"Probably a week or two. It is not a big deal, just some cult trying to summon the Scarlet King's army." Dr. Clef replies.

Dr. Therman looks at Iris. "That is the same mission Dr. Bright was briefing me on. He intends to send Rocky, Clef, and Cain out to investigate."

Dr. Clef looks unhappily at the sad expression on Sasha's face. "You know what, why don't we go enjoy the stars? You have not been outside the facility since you were captured, have you?"

Sasha looks around questioningly. "Are.. we allowed to do that?"

Dr. Clef smiles. "No one will tell me no, and even if they did I don't often listen."

Sasha chuckles. "Does that include our first date?"

Dr. Clef leans in and whispers to her. "Actually, they were all hoping you would break my neck and save their ears and budget the strain of my existence."

As they walk towards the entrance, they continue to talk.

"You know.. I considered it.. killing you that is, but then you said something that made me realize you were different." Sasha says with a gentle smile.

"What was that?" Dr. Clef asks.

"I believe you said, 'this jewel matches your eyes'." Sasha looks at him. "How did you know I was originally blonde, and how could you possibly have known my eye color?!"

Dr. Clef waves to the guards as they exit through the still damaged wall. "If I told you, even now, I can see the real you would you believe me?"

Sasha shakes her head. "I think there is more to it than that."

Dr. Clef shrugs. "I have always been bad at lying to women. Men, all day long, but something about women, most of you are just too smart for that."

As they walk outside, Sasha looks up at a bright starlit sky. "Where are we?" She asks in a hushed tone.

"The Nevada Desert." Dr. Clef replies pointing south. "Area 51, as it is called, is about fifty miles that way."

"THE Area 51?!" Sasha asks excitedly.

Dr. Clef nods. "It is really not all that exciting. The foundation owns parts of it. I think.. Abel is in containment in that very lake."

Sasha sits down in the sand. "I guess.. you have questions.. don't you?"

Dr. Clef sits next to her. "I know as much as Dr. Therman knows.. if not slightly more. I would ask this.. what is your relationship to SCP-GU411?"

Sasha looks at him. "As it stands, right now, I am a bound servant to his will."

"Has he ever...."

"NO! No. It is not like that. I am more of a temporary traveling companion of fate. We share absolutely no romantic connection of any kind!" Sasha replies quickly.

Dr. Clef smiles. "Good.. I was starting to get jealous."

Sasha leans closer. "I think you two are more alike than you know, but you'll always win out as my favorite."

"Is.. it true.. if he was to die would that also kill you?" Dr. Clef asks hesitantly.

Sasha nods. "I have already felt his emotions and pain. I have no doubt that we are linked now by fate." Sasha shuffles, feeling the sexual tension from Rocky.

"What if I wanted to change that?" Dr. Clef asks.

Sasha looks at him for a moment. "Just.. kiss me.. please? I..."

Without another word, Dr. Clef wraps Sasha in his arms and kisses her, as they lay down in the sand.

Dr. Therman groans. "I may not like Dr. Clef, but I am not going to do anything to upset Sasha either."

Iris crosses her arms. "He just better not break her heart."

A few hours later, and many uncomfortable moans, over the radio, Dr. Clef looks Sasha in the eyes. "Would.. you do a favor for me?"

"Anything!" Sasha sighs happily.

Dr. Clef looks away. "I am sure, by now, you know I have a daughter."

Sasha nods. "I hear she is a very sweet, proper lady."

Dr. Clef laughs. "Then nothing like her father!" He then reaches into his coat pocket producing an envelope. "Could.. you give her this. Up till now, the foundation has been keeping me away from her, unable to properly explain myself. This.. is the explanation I truly owe her, now that she is old enough to understand."

Sasha nods, taking the envelope. "You are a good father, I don't care what anyone says."

Dr. Clef chuckles sadly. "I wish I could do more.."

Sasha kisses him again. "Maybe one day all of us will get a second chance."

Dr. Clef looks puzzled by this comment.

Elsewhere, a group of cultists carries an unconscious woman and four children to an alter. There they bind them with the woman lying in the middle and the children laying near her arms and legs.

"Are we ready?!!" A deep voice echos through the dark cavern.

The cultists bow as one speaks.

"Yes, master Lucifer." The cultist replies.

A man with bright blonde hair, golden wings, and red eyes steps out of the shadows. "Then you may begin when the blood moon rises."

A listening device, in one of the cultists' robes, transmits to the SCP Foundation.

Dr. Bright and the 05 council listen in.

"How long do we have?" The old man asks.

Dr. Bright types in a computer. "Two and a half weeks. They are currently located in Ireland. I can have a team dispatched as soon as tomorrow evening."

The council talks amongst themselves for a moment.

Finally, the old man looks back towards Dr. Bright. "Do it, dispatch them under the classification MTF 'untouchables'."

Dr. Bright smiles with a chuckle. "Well.. that works for three of them."

Inside the facility, the officers guarding the broken wall receive a radio communication. One exits and approaches Dr. Clef.

"Sir, I have received word that you and the lady are to report to Dr. Bright at 1500 hours."

Dr. Clef sits up with a groan. "Thank you, Jeff."

The guard turns and walks away quickly.

Sasha looks confused. "Did he just say.. both of us?!"

Dr. Clef nods with a smile. "Seems Dr. Bright has decided to give you and GU411 your first field test."

Sasha stands up. "Well, I should tell you his name is Rocky, and he really likes his name."

Dr. Clef also stands. "I will TRY to remember that."

Further inside, Cain and Rocky both receive the same message.

Cain, relaxing in his room with a cup of tea, keys up his radio. "10/4."

Rocky, however still lounging with Jennifer, does not answer.

"What are you thinking about, sweety?" Jennifer asks.

Rocky smiles at her. "I was just thinking about taking you to Paris."

Jennifer chuckles. "Paris? Take me to Hawaii and make love to me on the beach under a full moon's light!"

Rocky rolls over and gives her a kiss. "God I love you!"

"I love you too!" Jennifer answers in a happy sigh.
