At Irorishiro Commercial High School, there are no classes, no teachers. It could hardly even be called a proper school. It's completely taken over and repurposed into the central headquarters for a criminal organization, run by a hardcore gang of delinquent punks determined to fight to their last to survive in a world that views them as disposable.

Through loyalty to the "family," and by rising up the ranks through continual service, one gains extraordinary powers to the point of becoming near-godlike as Captain rank or even beyond that, in the case the enigmatic Boss herself: Akari Rizzo.

There is more to this organization than the charitable front it portrays, however, as a smart but troubled new recruit named Kenichi will discover.
