"Hurry! Seal the dragon!"

An hour before Ethel became Mila, The original Mila led the knights in suppressing the rampaging dragon and luring it outside the castle to prevent more casualties. With the help of their skilled knights and her husband, they managed to keep the dragon in a field away from the castle and the town.

"Fix your armor, Mila!" Duke Romero Esclamado junior shouted while he spread his aura more to help enhance the other knights' auras.

"Ah, Okay, " Mila hurriedly fixed her loosely tied armor. Moments ago, she was wearing a dress like any duchess should wear, but after her child transformed into a dragon, she ripped her skirt and put on armor.

"Jun! Focus more on strengthening yourself! The knights know how to protect themselves!" Mila scolded her husband because Jun is starting to act selfless again.

Duke Esclamado is such a kind-hearted noble and always puts his people's safety first. The Duke was not a knight and most of the time he spent in his office, but after marrying Mila, he discovered his skill in Aura. The duke's heart, set to protect his people, was delighted that he had great power to do more for their people.

Without much experience in battle, he came with Mila to fight. He won't be at the front, but more like a support. While Mila is their fighter, She's well known as the Amazonian Lady of Aston before she married the Duke, but she halted her career in knighthood after giving birth to Christopher. Although she was in hiatus, it doesn't mean her skills have become dull. She keeps her body fit and still practices her swordsmanship.

"What are you saying? I came to support!" Duke Esclamado grumbled. Romero doesn't like how Mila always treats Romero as if he was the weakest among the group.

"Yes! You are back up! Don't waste your strength while we are still strong!" Mila shouted as she stood at the front.

"Okay, Got it!" Romero didn't argue more and stood at the far end of the formation.

"Knights, remember dragon scales are hard! Focus more on the soft parts! eyes! mouth! Ears! neck! tail! Focus on that!" Mila shouted at the top of her lungs to raise the morale of the knights. It is also to show that she's not wavering, even if it's her own child they are subjugating.

With Mila's first swing of her sword, the hundreds of knights on her back activate their auras that vary in color, and as soon as she calls to attack, the knights rain down toward the fifty-meter black dragon.

"Attack!"

The knights shouted while the dragon roared.

The dragon was not in the right mind and just aimlessly swung its body and couldn't know how to fly.

They need to knock it down before it gets used to its newly awakened body.

"Jun! Where are the mages?" Mila jumped back to where the support team was standing. She's still catching her breath because of trying to knock down the dragon for five minutes. The other knights are as exhausted as Mila, but they continue to buy time until the mages arrive.

"The magic tower said that they had deployed mages already." Duke Romero said as he handed the duchess the healing potion.

"tsk. I will destroy their tower if they are intentionally late." Mila exclaimed.

The owners of the magic tower are the crown prince and his family. Mila suspects that the family of the crown would be threatened now that their child has awakened as well.

Mila doesn't want to rely on others, but their duchy doesn't have strong mages. Esclamado is a house of strong knights that are good at combat. Sealing is not their specialty.

"Calm down, Mila. Let's focus on taming Tope first." Duke Romero tapped Mila's shoulder while looking up at the black dragon. The hundred knights are like tiny bugs swarming around the dragon.

"My baby must be hurting." Mila said with teary eyes, but then she pulled out her sword again and prepared to get back to battling.

"Jun, don't stay if it gets more dangerous." Mila said before kicking off the ground to dash toward the dragon.

"Mila!" Duke Esclamdo held out his hand and watched the back of Mila. He is grateful that he has such a strong wife, but sometimes he wishes Mila could just stay with him, safe and not doing such dangerous things.

Duke Romero watched Mila fight as if she was dancing. Her long black wavy hair is dancing with her and her dark complexion is making her look bolder.

"Don't worry, my lord. She is the strongest woman in the kingdom. She won't be killed that easily." Robert said, while standing firm at the back of the duke.

"I know. But." The Duke turned around and narrowed his gaze toward Robert. "Why is the second strongest is here and not fighting?"

"I am here to protect you, my lord." Robert replied with a stern voice.

"I am fine! Go and help Mila!" The duke shouted and pointed toward the dragon. At the same time, Robert's eyes became larger.

"Duke!"

BANG!

Reflexively, Robert managed to carry the duke on his shoulder and avoid the destructive gust of wind. The wind was so sharp that it could split anything it passed through.

"Robert, take Jun!" Mila shouted while the knights around her had their bodies split into two. All of a sudden, the field that was once surrounded by a colorful aura is now raining blood and corpses.

The black dragon suddenly learns how to control the wind and turns it into a wind that slashes everything it passes.

Without hesitation, Robert twisted his body to turn around while avoiding the wind.

He gathered his aura on his feet to enhance his speed and run.

"R-Robert! No way! Mila! Don't leave Mila!" The Duke flails his body to get off Robert, but Robert is a lot stronger than Jun.

Duke Romero just screamed Mila's name until he could not see Mila anymore.

"Duke, calm down! the duchy will fall if both of you die!" Robert exclaimed bluntly. He is worried about Mila as well, but he needs to prioritize his duty as the knight of Esclamado.

"The mages are here!"

The butler shouted when they finally saw a magic circle forming in front of the gates of the castle.

The people at the castle breathed a breath of relief, but Duke Romero angrily stated, "They are teleporting and yet they are late!" Although he was relieved that help had finally arrived, he still hated the thought that the mages probably dragged their time.

"Hurry! Seal the dragon!"

A/N: Original Mila referred to the Duke as "Jun" because Romero's name is a junior.
