"F*ck this weird novel!"

"Welcome to the town of Bungkaras!" An enthusiastic man welcomed Mila the moment she appeared on their teleportation portal. She was actually sent to a small village, and she ran from village to village to reach a teleportation portal that sent her to the town's portal.

"For what purpose, you ca-"

"Send me to the next teleportation portal and sell me a random teleportation scroll!"

She didn't let the town's officer finish his statement, and she hurriedly asked what she needed.

Mila decides to run away, and she plans to teleport multiple times to confuse Robert if he ever runs after her.

"But you just come he-."

"Now!" she cut the officer's words again. The officer doesn't know her, but her full black dress and eye patch emphasizes her Amazonian beauty and body are too intimidating for the average officer.

The officer ran to his desk to get the teleportation scrolls he was selling, and Nida took three random scrolls.

Then she burns the rest with her lighter.

"Madam! That's expensive!" The officer tries to extinguish the fire by throwing a water magic stone, but Mila caught the stone and returned it to the officer. I'll pay for all of that.

Thud!

Mila throws a bag of gold that she stole from the original Mila's vault. She always keeps two bags of gold under her skirt in case she has a chance to escape. She won't have to worry about money. Mila was lucky enough that the original Mila has strong muscles that can carry around two bags of gold without getting tired.

While staying in the duchy, she only has two endings in mind:

One: to continue to live in the duchy and work hard not to die of depression.

Two: flee and never meet another novel character again.

"Activate the teleportation scroll now and send me to the farthest place." Mila ordered. She maintains her stern expression even though, internally, she is nervous that she might get caught. Her heart is also not helping that its hard thumping is making her feel tense.

"Y-yes." The officer glances at the bag of gold first before he proceeds to operate the teleportation portal.

Mila stood by the elevated flat form once more, waiting for her body to disappear and reappear in a different location.

"Welcome to the town of Gurangan!" Another enthusiastic town officer greeted her before her vision could readjust to the new location.

"Not interested. I am just passing by. Where's the exit?" Mila cut the officer because he was going to talk about tourism in the town. He hurriedly stepped down to the flat form and went straight to the town's gate.

"Wait, I need a map!" Mila stared at the guard house, which has a world map as a decoration. "Hey! Can I have that?" Mila asked the guard near the guard house.

"Hey noble lady, we are not selling that." The guard looked at her as if she had a loose screw. A world map is cheaply sold at the town's market, and it feels odd that a noble lady is trying to buy the one they hang because of boredom.

"5 golds." Mila showed five gold coins in his left hand and held out her right palm to the guard. The guard hurriedly took down the world map on the wall and happily took the gold.

She hides the world map under her skirt and starts running and passing through the forest without minding whether she will face some monster inside. She held tightly to the foldable shield that she stole from the duchy and just ran straight. She could feel something slamming on the shield, but she didn't bother to stop at all.

"Where should I go?" Mila double-checked the teleportation scroll she had purchased before laying the world map on the sand. After running without stopping, she ended up in the middle of a desert. She has no idea how the green scenery transforms into a dried-up sand desert, and all she can think about is how the original Mila's leg speed can be compared to cars.

"I ran away this far?" Mila couldn't believe how far she had gotten after checking the map. She has not only crossed one border, but she is now on another continent.

"Wait!! Should I just live here? No one will think that someone will start living here!" Mila exclaimed, as she finally felt excited now that she had runaway to the setting of the novel. She is hopeful that maybe she can survive as long as she's away from them.

"I can't believe I endured staying there if I could escape! Really, why didn't I think of this in the first place?" Mila kept shouting and speaking loudly to herself.

Although she's alone now, she still can't ease her anxiety that the characters in the novel will hunt her down.

"I don't want to meet any characters, side or main. I will just live in this place alone." Mila clenched her fist in the sand, determined not to meet any of the novel's characters and hoping that the author would finally bring her back to her original world.

"Well then, let's check if there is another living being beside me."

Mila looked around the large, extremely dry area of land with sparse vegetation. The desert climate was extremely hot and dry, but Mila's body is adjusting well.

"Ha! It's a good thing that Mila's body is strong and easy to adjust to its surroundings. The only thing that is not good at environmental adjustment is me." Mila scoffed at herself, how she managed to walk around the desert with ease.

She chose to stay in the desert because she desired less human interaction, particularly with novel characters.

Mila closes her eyes and tries to dig into Mila's memories to see if there is any useful ability she can use while living in the desert.

"Aura? I need to know how to use her aura." Mila tries to release some aura at the tip of her finger to know she can use it, but she has no experience of actually using it.

"This colorful energy is weird." Mila watched the small wave of aura release upward from the tip of her finger.

However, slowly, her aura grew larger and larger until it was now the size of a basketball ball. "Wait, how can I shut this down?"

She feels as if she has turned on a gas stove but is unable to turn it off.

"Ack! No, no, no!" The aura became larger again. She shakes her arms to make it stop, but it grows larger instead.

"Help!" she shouted, but of course, who would appear to rescue her in the middle of the desert?

"Stop!" she keeps screaming, and chooses to bury her arms in the sand, hoping it will stop.

"Hmm? Is it gone now?" Mila felt nothing about the aura, and it was just like a normal thing on her hand, but the size and color of it scared her. She let her arms be buried in the sand for a while to make sure that it was gone once she pulled it out. Mila is unsure when to pull out when the sand is not reacting to it.

"Okay, 1.. 2..." Mila loudly counts before she pulls out her muscled arms.

"Three aaaah!!!"

She screamed again when she pulled out her hand and a naked man was holding her hand tightly. That made her pull the man out of the sand as well as if she had caught a big fish.

"Fuck this weird novel!"
