CALIBAN REZNIKOV.

I don't know why I'm thinking about this because I'm not like them, it means he will not be my ALPHA... I feel relaxed after thinking this way…

I shook my head to clear my mind of these thoughts .and once again I immersed myself in the world of books.

It was a good thing; I have my books with me. There's nothing like good books to help me get through anything. It's my escape from the world into a story that is way more interesting than my life would ever be.

~Olivia~

"Hey, nerd."

I blinked as the book I was holding vanished from my hand in slow motion. Olivia, a classmate, sat on my desk, my book in her hand. I reached for it, and she held her hand over her head. My eyebrows furrowed tighter in confusion; my eyes glued to my book.

~Olivia~

"Ummm, Can I borrow a highlighter pen?"

she asked.

I sighed loudly as I began to dig inside my bag. I should have known. This kept happening to me. She always comes when she needs something. Usually, it was to borrow my notes or a pen or ask a question about a topic she is confused with. I don't know why she couldn't ask her friends or another classmate. I haven't the slightest idea what Olivia's intention is, if she wants to be friends with me, just ask.

I was in a really good part of the book, I thought disgruntled. I found one and handed it to her, resisting the urge to pull out all her long, brown hair from the scalp. She gave me my book and used my highlighter pen to mark something in her notebook.

~Celeste~

"Can you not do that again?"

I said quietly to her.

~Olivia~

"Do what?"

she asked, not looking up from her book.

~Celeste~

"Take my book away."

She chuckles.

~Olivia~

"It's the only thing to get your attention when you're reading, nerd. Nothing else seems to be working."

I frowned, not wanting to admit she is right. Whenever I read, the entire world around me ceased to not exist anymore.

~Celeste~

"Can you call me by my name? you know I have a Name."

~Olivia~

"Whatever you say..."

I rolled my eyes, as she went on…

~Olivia~

"Here's your pen back, Thanks, nerd. And one thing, you have to be thankful, I'm the only one who is talking to you in our class."

~Celeste~

"Yeah!"

Thanks for doing that! I think and once again rolled my eyes.

~Olivia~

"Why do you keep reading books?"

I ignored her start reading my book hoping she'd take the hint and go back to her desk, do whatever she was doing. My book disappeared again from my hands, and I resisted the urge to punch her because she is on my nerves.

~Olivia~

"So?"

she asked again.

~Celeste~

"Because they're good."

I answered holding my hand to take my book back.

She scoffed."

~Olivia~

"Nice, That's it? And you wonder why I keep calling you nerd."

~Celeste~

"You are so annoying."

I mumbled under my breath. She must have heard because she laughed.

~Olivia~

"Chill Nerd…You know, when you read your aura is changed and it is different from others, I like your aura when you read a book .it's like everything around you is so happy and calm..."

She handed my book back and I pressed it against my chest.

~Olivia's friend~

"Olivia, we're going. Are you coming?"

~Olivia~

"Yeah, I'm coming."

She gave me a grin.

~Olivia~

"Bye, Celeste!"

I watched her as she left the library with her friends, laughing about something. I was thinking about what she said about my aura.

Heading in the direction of the cafeteria,

I sat on the corner table and pulled out a sandwich and juice from my bag. I like cooking, so I always made my lunch[ it's not like I don't like cafeteria food, but I prefer food which I make]. So daily, I'll take food from home. I unwrapped the sandwich and took a bite. I stared at the clouds as I chewed, thinking maybe it will rain today.

I felt bored, so bored. Every day was just the same as usual. I wanted to go somewhere, maybe to a beach or to the zoo. I should try to liven my life.

And suddenly, I felt the tension in the air around me. I turned my head around me and it looked like, that other student giving space to come someone, there was so much hustle and bustle… some are leaving.

~Celeste~

"Why are they leaving?"

At that moment, I'm aware that everyone in the cafeteria is staring behind me. I stiffened as realization dawned. There was only one reason, the other kid would flee.

He's here.

I heard footsteps coming toward me. my heartbeat stopped. Everything is happening in slow motion. I slowly rotated my head backward, keeping my eyes downcast. A shadow loomed across the table and began to become larger. my hands began shaking. I clenched them together to stop them from shaking but it was useless.

"Celeste Black!"

Someone said. I look upward and he was standing there with an evil smirk. Even I never meet him, but I know who he is…

CALIBAN REZNIKOV.

he is hot, scary hot, gorgeous, black hair, a strong jaw, and piercing grey eyes, his height maybe "6'3", and has a lean and fit body, a body that could easily pick me up and snap me into two in a second.

A tattoo drifted up to his neck. He wore a black leather jacket, and I could see through his white t-shirt he is all muscle. He looks like a GOD... A SEXY GOD.

I would have swooned in ecstasy if he isn't downright terrifying. He stands in front of me, his eyes impassively roaming my whole face and body. I shivered once more, and a feral grin spread across his face. I thought about running for it.

The table act as a barrier between us and maybe it can give the advantage to outrun him. I'm not exactly the cross-country running type but surely the terror coursing through my veins is enough to boost to help me escape whatever, he is planning for me.

~Caliban~

" Don't think about it"
