Clara swirled through my mind like a tornado, and I wasn’t sure how to handle the situation with her. I just couldn’t understand why it upset her so much that I was the Alpha of the pack.


On top of that I heard the multiple inquiries curious to know if Clara had something to do with the murder. Of course that was a ridiculous notion though– Clara wouldn’t.


I refused to believe Clara had something to do with it.


“Vincent... What have we found out so far?” I stated clearly as I approached Vincent, and a group of my warriors standing around the crime scene.


“It looks like forced entry through the back door of his home. The killer caught him off guard in the kitchen.”


I traced the steps Vincent was showing me and saw the entire scene firsthand.


There was blood everywhere, and I could tell right away that it wasn’t something that happened fast. This had taken some time, and was done with much anger.
