He pulled out the cigarette case from the trouser pocket and pulled out a cigarette from it.

After lighting it, he took a sip and spit out smoke before looking at her again: "Give me a reason."

Mary Kinson rarely saw him so decadent, and his brow was full of sadness as if he were controlling some emotions.
