"Well, that too." He nodded. "I'll be here with you."

I think the child wanted to see him too when he woke up.

At that point I saw the child lying in the hospital bed being pushed into the operating room by several nurses.

"Uncle Joe, you came to see me." She looked at Joe smiling happily.

"Yes, baby, you must be brave, you know. Uncle and mother will be waiting for you when you get out."

She nodded. "Okay." Then he looked back at me, "Mama, you do not have to worry, I am not scared at all."

At that moment, the little girl is still thinking about comforting me, and my tears suddenly fall down again. Fortunately, I was able to fight back.

"OK, your mother promises you that."

After saying a few words, the nurse said it was time and pushed her inside.

"The family members are waiting outside."

A wall in front of me is not heavy, but it separates my thoughts. Outside it's my worry and fear, and inside it's my anticipation.
