Chapter ３７

Argus quickly shifted in his wolf form. His red eyes angrily glared at them and growled at them.

"Go away! She's not here. If you won't go out I will kill you all!" He roared at them.

Railey's eyes turned red too but managed to control his wolf. He let his canines appeared and grin at his cousin.

"Easy Argus. We just asking. Okay, we trust you but if we find out that you're lying, we won't hesitate to take you out from your throne!" He warned his cousin too and instructed them to go.

"We have eyes on you, Mr. Mateo!" John said before he followed them.

Argus followed them with his blazing red eyes and snarling sounds. He felt relieved when he saw them finally out of his sight. He went downstairs to check Ariana but she's gone.

"What the---" he cupped his head.

He quickly ran out from his mansion to look for Ariana. She thought Anika is the only stubborn girl he knew but Ariana was just like her.

"How can she disobey me?" He mumbled while running down the road.
