Chapter ２７

Alexia's POV

Anni was back, but several large suitcases and stacks of books were in the living room. I wonder if Anni wanted to move. Why is she moving? This is so sudden.

I heard a voice from Anni's room, and I curiously walked towards her bedroom.

It seemed that there is a man in her room and they are arguing. What had happened? I'm about to knock on the door when it opened.

The man isn't expecting I am at the door listening to their conversation. His eyes lit up when he saw me, and he took the initiative to shake my hands, "You're Alexia; I hear Anni talk about you a lot."

I looked at the hand he held out to me but didn't hold it.

Anni came out of the room as well, but her expression is a little awkward when she saw me. She suddenly introduced him to me with hesitation in her voice. "Alexia, he, he's my fiancé Andrew Davies."

"Fiancé?" I'm surprised.

He and Anni have only known each other for a month, and they're already getting married?
