Chapter １４: TEACHER’S WRATH

Bella’s POV

To say that Kai was enraged was an understatement as he gave me and Domz the cold shoulder and refused to utter even a single word on our way back, killing us both with his silent treatment.

“Please Kai. Listen to me. I am so sorry. I did not know that your meal was made from those herbs and spices. It is natural and normal for the tribal folk to consume those aphrodisiac substances. I am sorry, Kai. Please give me one more chance, babe. I will never ever- ….”, Dominic was interrupted from his monologue when Kai lashed out rather furiously.

“STOP ACTING AS IF I AM YOUR LOVER, MR KENT AND I WOULD APPRECIATE IT IF YOU CALL ME “SIR” JUST LIKE MS DIAZ WILL DO. I TRUSTED YOU BOTH AND YOU TWO TOOK FUCKING ADVANTAGE OF ME ! FROM NOW ON WE WILL BE INTERACTING STRICTLY AS STUDENT AND TEACHER AND NOTHING ELSE. NOW PLEASE LEAVE ME ALONE AND HAVE A NICE DAY”, Kai bellowed rather harshly and took back his bike’s helmet before leaving me and Dominic aghast behind.

“He left”, Dominic muttered as a stray tear threatened to fall on one of his cheeks.

“He always does that”, I angrily muttered under my breath but Dominic heard it anyways.

“Gone through this phase before, Diaz ?”, he asked casually hiding the tears back behind his fluttering eye lashes.

“Yeah ! He is like the biggest jerk I have ever come across. This happened after our first kiss too”, I grimaced at the memory. “I don’t even want to see his face. We only helped him out and this is what we fucking get”, I scoffed. “It’s not like we fucked him and abused the virgin oracle. It was only a fucking hand job”, I added while rolling my eyes.

“We have class in another one hour”, Dominic reminded. “And it’s his”, he added and my mood worsened.

Fuck Kai.

And fuck his PMSing mood.

Asshole.

“Let’s get some ice cream and bitch about that asswipe”, I suggested and Dominic chuckled at that.

“He is going to be mad if we miss his class. He might punish us and even give you dorm detention”, Dominic replied.

I instantly snapped my head in his direction and raised a brow.

“What do you mean ?”, I asked sharply.

“You should go back to Kai’s room in the faculty quarters. He will detain you otherwise”, he answered.

“How do you know ?”, I asked in surprise.

No one knew that I was rooming with Kai !

Now it was Dominic’s turn to look surprised.

However, he regained his composure quickly and calmly answered.

“You guys were talking as if you were roommates when I …. uh …. I-I had a mini breakdown yesterday”, he sheepishly said and my lips instantly formed an ‘O’ shape.

“I don’t wanna go back to him. He can do whatever the fuck he wants to”, I scoffed while crossing my arms over my chest obstinately.

“How about we go and get ready in our dorms and then hang out with our friends in class before going to the ice cream parlour and trying every damn flavour while cursing that motherfucker ?”, Domz suggested and my lips suddenly stretched into a wide smile with eyes twinkling before I leaped up on him and hugged a laughing Dominic tight.

“Yes yes yes”, I squealed and Dominic laughed even harder as he whirled me around in the middle of the road.

“Congratulations Miss and Mister”, a passerby said with a smile.

I got down from Dominic’s hold and managed to choke out a surprised “Excuse me ?” somehow while staring at the equally surprised stranger.

“You two got hitched, right ?”, the stranger asked and I blushed so deep making Dominic laugh and the bastard even said, “Yes” !!!!!

Are all men jackasses ?

Or am I the only one who is surrounded by them ?

Ughh.

“Owwww”, he hollered immediately after. “I meant “No. We are just friends”, he forced out the words while the passer by simply nodded her head and winked at him before leaving.

Bella’s POV

“Are you sure you wanna do that specially when he is so mad at us”, Dominic whispered for the nth time as we filled Kai’s bathing oil with cow piss, shampoo with detergent and body wash with sticky ochre gum.

“Yeah ! That fuckwit needs to loosen up a bit and I need a fucking release”, I replied back pat as I unscrewed the toothpaste top and emptied out its contents to fill it up with white paint.

“That’s a lot for a release”, Dominic muttered under his breath but my Lycan ears still heard him and I glared at him making him raise his hands in surrender.

“Alright ! Time to run for class, Domz. Kai will have a fun bath when he comes back from the uni !!”, I exclaimed with a pleased look on my face.

“He is so gonna flip on us”, Dominic grumbled.

“Not more than what he will get in class. C’mon !”, I urged him and led him out of the apartment.

Bella’s POV

“Why didn’t he punish us ? We came late to his class !”, I whispered in shock as we took our usual seats at the back. “That means we can’t prank him now !!”, I groaned in annoyance.

“He is still giving us the silent treatment”, Dominic replied sorrowfully. “I want him back”, he choked out.

“Stop talking guys”, Max nudged us. “The prof has been glaring at you two ever since you came in”, he added.

Domz and I looked up and found out that indeed Kai was ready to burn us with his fiery eyes only.

“I am regretting the body oil and wash prank already”, I whispered as I stared at Kai’s angry features. He still looked so hot ! Sigh !!

“We will undo those evils before he goes back”, Dominic agreed.

“But what about our ice cream plan ?”, I whined.

“We can do that after reversing our devilry, baby girl”, Dominic cooed making me giggle and immediately after one chalk each smacked on our foreheads with utmost accuracy as a white powdery circle formed bang at the middle of our eyebrows.

Owww ! That fucking hurt.

I rubbed my forehead and glared at Kai who did not even look in our direction after that !

Fucking asshole.

Ughh.
