Chapter ３６

Right in front of me was the most beautiful feature of the entire house. A floor to ceiling glass wall that had a dressing table in the middle of it. That was the view that I would be looking out on, every single day when I did my hair and makeup. It was the best view I had ever seen in my life. You could see the lush woods, and to the left there was a stunningly bright turquoise blue lake. Off to the right and coming across the back of the woods, were huge glacier mountains. It was such a glorious night tonight and the sky was so clear, that you could see the northern lights above the mountains. Throughout the night sky, stunning pinks, blues, purples and greens danced around each other in perfect synchronicity. I was completely mesmerized. Tristan was still kissing my neck, so I tapped him on his shoulder to get his attention.

“Huh?” He let out a questioning mumble.

“Can you put me down please?” I asked politely.

“Of course, babe, what's up?” He asked me with a worried tone.
