“Baby please don't do this; I won't fight him I promise. Please just put that down. We can go home, okay. I love you Freya,” he said while walking closer to me.


As quick as a flash Mason charged towards him screaming,


Without even thinking about it, I reacted and plunged the metal deep into my stomach, screaming out as the excruciating pain swept over me. Luckily, Evan was there to catch me before I hit the ground.


“Angel cakes, what have you done?” He asked in a low voice, as he held my head gently on his lap.


I let out a weak giggle, and replied in a scratchy voice, 


“I had to do something badass to get their attention.” 


He chuckled then furrowed his brow as he wiped away some blood that had started seeping out of my mouth.
