He then punched Balan in the face before attempting to grab him, but the bloodsucker vanished, then reappeared behind him.

“Tristan look out!” I screamed.

I have seen this all before, I thought to myself, as flashes of my dreams came flooding back to my mind.

I knew exactly what was going to happen. Dread flooded my senses because I knew Tristan was about to be killed. I ascended as quickly as I could and sprinted towards them. Vampires intercepted me and snatched at my arms I didn't know how many of them were holding me back, but I was guessing five or more, because I couldn't move at all. I knew if it was only two or three of them, I would have been able to throw them off of me easily.
