I was sure there was something special about Savanah, I’d felt it from the first time I saw her, and I could taste the energy inside her when I turned her from hunter into a hunter/werewolf hybrid. She was a very unique being, but I couldn’t put my finger on what made her so special. Either way, I was glad to have her as my best friend, and my closest confidant.

I strolled into the lounge and motioned for Odin to get out of my armchair. He did as instructed, then tried to squeeze his large frame in between Jax and Nick. Tana laid stretched out on the other couch. After a few seconds of being pushed around, Nick got up with a huff and headed to the kitchen. I heard him rattling around in the refrigerator, before opening up some bottles. He brought me a beer, then handed one to Odin and Jax. He then tapped Tana on the leg with another bottle, telling her to move her legs. She did while taking the beer from him. I took a few gulps of my beer then addressed the group,
