3. Meeting New People

Kento and Blake walk around the town showing Kento place of interest, like the center plaza which sells a lot of stuff sold by various race, from accessories, fruits and vegetables, monster meat and farm animal meat, and even have some fun games, ranging from arm wrestle to a full on brawl, after introducing the plaza, Blake took Kento to the a blacksmith that is run by a Dwarf, "Hey boss, I bought a friend here with me, he's gonna be an adventurer so I'm introducing him to various places" Blake said to the Dwarf, "Hello there, my name is Kento Suzaku, I will be in your care" Kento introduce himself to the Dwarf, "Hey lad, the name is Vamuc, I've been a smith here for over 50 years, so if you want a weapon, be sure to come here" Vamuc said to Kento "Yes, I will be sure to come here after" Kento Replied to Vamuc, "Bloody hell, he can even talk like me, you sure found an interesting one lass", Vamuc said to Blake, "Yeah he sure is, he knows a lot too, since I met him, I keep asking him questions, it was so much fun, and he's a martial artist" Blake reply to Vamuc, "A martial artist? You mean the one that just punches and kicks things? How come you want to be that" Vamuc direct his question to Kento, "Well martial artist do just punch and kick things, but I cooperate some principals into mine, so it's different from mainstream martial arts" Kento answer Vamucs question, "Oh, principals huh, well how about you test that out with an arm wrestling match with me" Vamuc grabs a table and 2 chairs for them to arm wrestle", Kento reply to Vamuc "I guess it's quicker to show you rather than explaining, and Blake if you want to learn my martial art, pay close attention, and listen if you can" Kento telling Blake.

They sit on the chairs, put their arm on top of the table, and lock on their hands together, *Listen? What will I be listening to, guess I'll find out later* Blake thought as she was counting down, "3….2….1", the moment she counted to 1 she heard something snap, and when she realized, Kento already won the contest. "What just happen" Blake ask, Vamuc who was also surprise by what just happen, "How the hell does it feel like you have the strength of 10 men compressed to 1", "So, did you notice anything Blake" Kento ask Blake, "Kento, do you know how strong a dwarf is? To be a blacksmith they carry materials and hitting irons every day, they can easily carry materials 5x their weight, but you just beat him in no time flat" Blake was still in a state of shock, "Is that so? Well I guess I am a little strong, but Blake, did you notice anything" Kento asked Blake again, "Huh? Blake ask Kento, Kento proudly says "Correct, but to be more precise, I use the kinetic energy from my foot to convert it to an explosive speed and power, just like your whip analogy", "Bloody hell, I didn't know martial art could be this powerful and i don't even understand the gibberish you're saying, but you're gonna be a strong adventurer someday, don't you dare forget me when you do, you hear?", "Haha, don't worry, I'll be commissioning my weapons here in the future, be sure to save a spot for me" Kento replied to Vamuc, "Alright then boss, I'm gonna take Kento to other places, see you around" Blake said to Vamuc, "Aye, get outta here" Vamuc said while smiling.

Blake is still in a state of amazement "I still can't believe you beat a dwarf in an arm wrestling contest, in an instant even, next, I'm gonna take you to a general weapon store, the owner there is an elf, so they even bow and spell books'', "Wait, doesn't that mean this store is Vamuc's rival?" Kento ask, "Well not really, since there's a lot of blacksmith around, Vamuc only deal with request and repairs, most adventurer goes to the general weapon store to buy weapons'', Blake explains, "Hmm…I see, an Elf huh, that sounds interesting, what is she like?" Kento asks, "Well, she's tall, has golden hair, blue eyes, and she's really good at archery, like every elf" Blake answered, "Are all elves naturally good at archery?" What's that" Aegis ask "It's a martial art that Kento studies, it uses kinetic energy from the leg and transfers it to attack like a whip, whatever that means, right Kento?" Blake said excitedly, "Yes that's right" Kento said, "So your martial art is like combining the beastmen and demon style combined? That's interesting I kinda wanna see it" Aegis said, "well you can just go to the guild, he's gonna try to get an adventurer's Identification card" Blake said, "Do the guild test you if you wanna be an adventurer?' Kento asked, "Yeah, since it's better to find what your proficiency is first so they know you can handle yourself, the test will also determine your starting rank" Blake Answered, "Oh, that's interesting, I should try my best then" Kento said with determination. "That said, you sure have a lot of stuff here miss Aegis, Swords, Daggers, Wands, Spell books, Bows, arrows, Leather product, and even normal clothings" Kento ask, "Please just call Aegis, since this is a general store, I tend to have a lot of stuff to sell, and there are alot of new adventurers who come here and buy their starting weapons, Blake used to be one of them too, when she started, she doesn't know what weapon to use so she kept coming back here to switch weapons after every quest" Aegis answered while laughing softly, "Please stop that, you're embarrassing me" Blake said while covering her face, "Haha, it's alright Blake, it's all part of the process" Kento said" "Yes, Kento is right, in the end you found out that daggers were your best weapon, and you even wield 2 of them: Aegis follow up with Kento's statement, "Well anyway, we still have to go the the guild, wanna join us Aegis?" Kento ask, "Sure, I'll just tell my assistant to tend the store, and Blake, you better invite Vamuc as well" Aegis told Blake, "Oh yeah, I forgot to invite him, I'm gonna go tell him now, wait for me here ok" Blake said as she rush to Vamuc's Blacksmith, "Well, it's just next door anyway, LINA, CAN YOU COME TEND THE STORE" Aegis yell loudly, "AHH YES MISS AEGIS I WILL COME RIGHT AWAY" Lina yell while running, Lina is an Elf with dark skin, a dark elf you would said, short white hair and have 2 different eye color, red and blue, "Here I am Miss Aegis, I'm gonna tend the store while you're away…oh, hello there dear customer, I'm sorry that I didn't see you earlier" Lina said while bowing, "It's ok miss Lina" Kento replied, "Lina, me and Vamuc are going to the adventurers guild to see if Kento can pass the test" Aegis said, "Ahh yes, please take care, and mister Kento, Good luck" Lina said while smiling, "Blake and Vamuc are already here, let's go Kento" Aegis said, "Ahh yes, see you later Miss Lina" Kento said to Lina, The four of them then walks to the adventurers guild.
