Chapter 25 Want To Know

Hafiz was still catching his breath. He steeled his heart that was still shaken by being side by side with his wife.

'It's very ineffective if I do it now. Meanwhile, I pretentious selling expensive. I'm sorry. Even though this need has tormented me,' thought Hafiz, who had been planning his night with his wife.

"How long, Mas, will you stand like that?" asked Runia.

"So what if I stand up? Are you already thinking perverted thoughts? You can't stand it anymore? You know I'm charming," said Hafiz confidently by asking the facts.

His brother's desire was clearly unbearable. However, he tried not to show his will. By saying that to Runia.

"I'm surprised at Mas. Earlier, Mas said, 'Isn't it a sin to refuse your husband's invitation?' Mas said that earlier. I obeyed because I was afraid of sinning. But why now Mas accuses me of being a pervert. What did I do, Mas?"

"Shoot... shut up!" said Hafiz. "Actually I still have work, I forgot. So you go to bed first," he added looking for an excuse to relieve his tension.

"Okay," replied Runia and then lay on her side.

Meanwhile, Hafiz took some papers, markers, and rulers.

'Heh ... could not sleep last night I. Why did I ask him to sleep in the same room? Huh... in the end I didn't dare to approach him. Silly ... I'm pretentiously busy even though it's my time to rest. What am I supposed to do,' he said to himself.

He sat on the chair and kept looking at his wife who was sleeping with her back to him.

'Come on over here. How can a wife turn her back on her husband? Should I ask for it, this is really ridiculous,' said Hafiz to himself.

After a few minutes, he just focused on looking at his wife without forming any patterns on the paper.

"Hi. Are you asleep? Hi ... Hi ... face here if you haven't slept," said Hafiz, while continuing to play his marker with two fingers.

"Is my name too scary, I've been calling him hi, hi? But why do I really have a feeling that Mas is not busy," said Runia? Hafiz gulped, then pretended to line.

"I've already started, here's a look!" he explained. 'I just wanted to see his face.'

"Take a look," said Runia standing up. Hafiz is afraid if he is just making excuses.

"Stop. Stay there. I'm about to sleep. Sleepy, not focused," said Hafiz standing and putting down his marker. Of course, when Hafiz stood up, Runia's face immediately turned red.

Hafiz walked to his wife but she turned towards the bathroom.

He really was like a hot worm. He didn't even do anything in the bathroom. He just memorized his hand then covered his palm.

Every now and then he looked in the mirror, then inhaled his scent. "Scented, cool, ah....!"

"Are you okay?" asked Runia who was standing in front of the bathroom door.

"Why? I mean I'm okay," Hafiz explained, then smoothed his hair.

"Sir, I need to pee," said Runia. Hafiz let out a long breath.

Crack!

Runia immediately entered, Hafiz came out of the bathroom. He really prepared himself mentally.

Lie down, then straighten the pillow and pose cool and ready.

"Hey." Hafiz looks annoyed with his own behavior. After a few minutes, Runia finally came out of the bathroom.

Hafiz also pretended to be asleep in his sleep. Runia lay down, blinking. Runia let out a heavy breath. He kept moving and was uncomfortable. Occasionally looking at Hafiz. He sighed again. After twenty minutes had passed. Runia immediately woke up.

"Where are you going?" asked Hafiz who grabbed Runia's hand with his eyes closed.

"I'm already sleeping. I have to take medicine before going to bed," explained Runia. Hafiz opened his eyes and pulled Runia to lie in his big arms.

"What medicine are you taking?" asked Hafiz while stroking Runia's hair with his left hand.

The distance between the two is very close, Hafiz looks at his wife completely. Runia looks very nervous.

Runia covered her chest and arms that were bent above her chest.

"I have severe insomnia. Ehm. Every night I feel anxious. So I take a good dose of medicine, so I can sleep quickly," explained Runia.

Of course, Hafiz was curious about the girl he married.

"What kind of anxiety do you feel? Then have you gone to the doctor? Don't endanger yourself, Runia. You have to be honest when sharing with the doctor. Because usually before the doctor feels the doctor will definitely ask what the patient's history is. Don't worry here anymore there is me," said Hafiz so convincingly to Runia.

Runia just looked at her husband. The two eyes looked at each other.

"Then always remind me if I forget something. Because what often happens is memory problems, I'm forgetful, I have trouble focusing. My body often shivers. I feel weak. husband's heartbeat.

"Should we move? I won't harm you Runia."

"Don't. I want to be in this house until my body is lifeless. As much as I can face any ordeal." Runia closed her eyes.

"Don't take sleeping pills anymore. I'll put you to sleep. Yes?" asked Hafiz making Runia open her eyes.

"I don't know how? Maybe by reading the Koran, or occasionally listening to music. I must be able to maintain your honor. Sometimes people are indeed blinded by their lust. I am also one of those people. However, I remember that there were two angels who recorded my deeds. Now that I'm honest, I'm going to tell you about my teenage years," said Hafiz who looked blankly.

Runia looked at her husband. "My parents are dead, I was raised by Uncle and Aunt. Because I was very naughty in high school I tried drugs."

Immediately Runia looked at her husband. "Your gaze is scary. I don't like it, I regret it, even if I try it, I even hate it. Then my aunt was angry and didn't like me, my uncle sent me to the Islamic boarding school, for two years I was in a holy prison. While at the cottage I liked to help coolies building. Maybe that's where the architect's talent comes from."

"MashaAllah cool...." said Runia. Hafiz only smiled briefly.

"Hey, then because uncle went bankrupt, I left the cottage on good terms, I migrated to Jakarta because I have friends and there is a house left by my parents, yes ... it's still like this. I'm not a pious man. I'm just a man. a man who still avoids immorality. That disobedience comes easily."

"Yes. It's easy to commit immorality. But... sorry. I'm already very sleepy," said Runia quietly. Hafiz smiled. He did not stop enjoying the beautiful face of his wife.

"I want to know you, Runia. I will make you comfortable and I will prevent you from taking sleeping pills. I will just be your medicine," said Hafiz, then tightened his embrace and kissed Runia's forehead.

"Even though ...." said Runia very quietly. Hafiz held back his laughter and continued to stare at his wife.

Continued.
