Chapter 24.1

   Lin Sifei patted her face in disbelief, and stroked her arms

   and legs from bottom to top. The joy that she had recovered

   made her roll on the bed with excitement.

   "Sss—" Suddenly she gasped, her tailbone aching.

   She reached behind her butt and pulled out a long tail.

   Silence spread in the bedroom, and the tail slammed away from

   her hand as if to show its sense of existence.

   Lin Sifei pounced and grabbed her own tail, clenching it

   firmly.

   Her tail hurt a bit, and couldn't help but move on it's own,

   away from her.

   It's a known fact cats and their tails are two different

   creatures.

   Lin Sifei took a deep breath, grabbed her tail and went into

   the cloakroom, standing in front of the full-length mirror.

   The girl in the mirror didn't have a single piece of clothing

   on her, her fair skin glowing under the light. It was her

   familiar body and familiar face, but there were  two more

   things that shouldn't have been there.

   Lin Sifei opened her mouth wide in shock, let go of her tail in

   a daze, and raised her hand to touch the cat ears above her

   head.

   "No!" She tugged hard, and suddenly cried out with pain. There

   is no doubt that the ear is hers. She lifted her long hair, and

   her human ears were there.

   Lin Sifei fell silent, thinking, Do I actually have four ears?

   Am I really a monster?

   She really didn't like this look. It was too shameful, as if

   she was taking part in some strange cosplay.

   She held down her cat's ears, mumbling, "Disappear, disappear…"

   But even after her chant, the ears were still there, so she

   sighed in disappointment.

   The excitement of turning back into a person gradually

   subsided, and the physical discomfort that had just been

   neglected came up again.

   Can you not escape the heat period after becoming a human? She

   was even more ashamed, seeing herself in the mirror gradually

   turn red.

   She turned and opened the cloakroom door.

   "Xiaoxiao? I called Dr. Li, who will come take a look at you

   later."

   Almost at the same time, the bedroom door was pushed open, and

   Luo Ke's voice sounded.

   Lin Sifei immediately cursed inwardly. This Luo Ke had finally

   accepted that she was a cat demon who knew her dreams. How was

   she going to explain that she turned into a human? !

   Most importantly, she wasn't wearing any clothes!

   Although the cloakroom was full of clothes, obviously, she had

   no time to pull anything on now.

   Lin Sifei turned his head and saw her misty eyes in the mirror,

   along with her pink cheeks tender cheeks. She really couldn't

   see Luo Ke in this way.

   She looked around the cloakroom anxiously, and finally gritted

   her teeth and got into the closet. She pulled close the sliding

   door, messed up all of the clothes and covered herself, slapped

   her hand over her mouth, her eyes wide with worry.

   Luo Ke opened the door, holding the open can in her hand. She

   had called Dr. Li just now and asked for a check-up, and Luo Ke

   knew that the doctor would be there within a few minutes.

   "Xiaoxiao?" She glanced at the bed but didn't see Xiaoxiao.

   She hurriedly scanned her surroundings, even looking for the

   bottom of the bed, but still nothing, "Weird, where did

   Xiaoxiao go?"

   When Luo Ke knelt on the ground, her eyes suddenly spotted the

   slight opening of the cloakroom door. She sharpened her eyes

   and looked at the bed. The sheets and quilts were obviously

   passive, but they weren't particularly messy, so it was quite

   unlike how cats would move them.

   There were people in the room and they should be hidden in the

   cloakroom.

   Luo Ke reached under the pillow, and took out her dagger.

   Holding the dagger, Luo Ke carefully pushed open the door of

   the cloakroom sideways. It was quiet inside; there was no

   sound.

   Luo Ke's face became darker. Xiaoxiao was not a well-behaved

   cat, so she should be meowing, but there was no meowing at all.

   Could it be…

   She clenched the dagger tightly, walked into the cloakroom,

   scanned around, and looked at the only closet that could

   possibly hide people.

   The sliding door of the closet was made of glass, and if the

   other party was squatting, when Luo Ke stepped forward to open

   the door, her abdomen would be an easy target.

   Upon realizing this, a light flashed under Luo Ke's eyes, and

   she walked quickly to the curtain and stretched out her hand to

   open the curtain. The curtain made noises, and Luo Ke took out

   her dagger and slashed the drawer closet next to her. The tip

   of the dagger and the wood made a creaking sound.

   She walked around the closet, getting closer, constantly making

   noise. She guessed that the person in the closet was very weak,

   because it wasn't really hard to find them.

   Lin Sifei hid in the closet, wrapped in a pile of clothes. As

   the different fabrics rubbed her body, it brought about some

   different stimulations.

   Her body's sensation became more and more sensitive. She was

   afraid that Luo Ke would find that she was tortured by her

   body's reaction again, and her body temperature kept rising.

   She wanted to move, to be hugged, to…

   "Jjjjjjjshhhhhh—" A rough sound seemed to explode in her ears,

   Lin Sifei's eyes widened in an instant, her confused eyes

   finally sparkling with a little clarity

   She swallowed, wondering what the sound was, is it Luo Ke? She

   seemed to be looking for herself just now, why didn't she go

   downstairs? She didn't go out to look for the bedroom so that

   she could come out, at least to find a piece of clothing to

   wear.

   The sound continued, with the sound of footsteps getting closer

   and closer.

   Lin Sifei tilted her head suspiciously, but she trembled

   suddenly as the scene of the first time she entered Luo Ke's

   bedroom flashed in her mind. Luo Ke had a dagger under her

   pillow!

   She was dumbfounded, but then listened. The sound emitted was

   clearly the sound of a sharp knife slashing on the wood.

   No way, she just hid because she didn't know what to do, and

   now it would be life-threatening?

   Lin Sifei swallowed and pulled a piece of clothing to her

   chest, her shaking hands pressing on the sliding door. After

   taking three deep breaths, she slammed the door open.

   "I'm Xiaoxiao!"

   Lin Sifei closed her eyes and yelled. The room was silent. She

   carefully opened one eye and shrank back when she saw the sharp

   knife in front of her.

   "Don't move!" Luo Ke said with a calm face, "Who are you?"

   Lin Sifei tightened her legs and froze nervously, "I, I am the

   cat you raised, I am the cat demon, I have obtained a human

   form!"

   Luo Ke's eyes were dim, "Do you think I will believe your

   nonsense?"

   "Really!" Lin Sifei reached out and touched behind herself.

   Luo Ke's dagger approached her neck, "Don't move."

   Lin Sifei wanted to cry, "Then, then you let me out, I have

   ears and a tail."

   Lin Sifei's voice was trembling, as there was a knife to her

   neck. Luo Ke stepped back, and Lin Sifei bent over and crawled

   out of the closet. She held a dress in one front of her body,

   flushing with shame.

   Luo Ke looked at her in shock. A pair of cat ears trembling

   violently, her back flushed red,  and a long tail appeared in

   front of Luo Ke's eyes.

   She couldn't help reaching out and grabbing the tail, tugging.

   "Oww! It hurts!" Lin Sifei slapped her arm and glared at her.

   Luo Ke's ear tips turned slightly red, and slowly let go, "I'm

   just verifying the authenticity."

   "Do you want to scan me as a QR code as well?" Lin Sifei rolled

   her eyes and got up from the ground.

   She lost all of her face anyway. She didn't need to hide it

   anymore.

   Luo Ke glanced at her and coughed dryly, "When you become a

   person, why hide it? It startled me, as I thought that

   something happened to you."

   When Luo Ke mentioned it, Lin Sifei felt her body heat

   overwhelming her again.

   She clutched the clothes in front of her, "I, I was afraid you

   wouldn't be able to accept it, plus, I, I  should put on some

   clothes first."

   "Yes, I will get you clothes first." Luo Ke's ears went

   completely red.

   She turned to walk towards the closet, Lin Sifei's face flushed

   instantly, and she held her, "I messed this entire closet up

   over there, you can find clothes elsewhere."

   Luo Ke didn't think much, turned his head and opened other

   wardrobes.

   Lin Sifei moved in small steps and looked inside. She… didn't

   soil her clothes, right. Would it be better to wash them all?

   She turned her head and looked at the window. After pulling up

   the curtains, there was a layer of blackout curtains. Thus,

   although she was not worried about possible perverts peeping,

   Lin Sifei felt that the room was a little stuffy, leaving her

   feeling that her body was hotter than before.

   As Lin Sifei looked at the window, her consciousness gradually

   drifted away.

   "How about this one?" Luo Ke turned her head towards her,

   holding some clothes.

   Lin Sifei looked at her quickly, startled, but took the

   clothes. After Luo Ke finished handing over the clothes, she

   stood still looking at Lin Sifei.

   Lin Sifei glanced at Luo Ke, "Um, won't you go out?"

   When Luo Ke recovered, even her cheeks turned red, "Sorry, I

   forgot, I will go out now."

   Lin Sifei put on the clothes quickly, looked around, and found

   no paper towels.

   She flushed, closed her eyes, put on her clothes, and walked to

   the door. The feeling of the clothing rubbing on her body made

   her tremble.

   "I, I'm done."

   Luo Ke glanced at her and said with a smile: "Then let's go

   downstairs to eat, we haven't eaten lunch yet, you must be

   hungry."

   Lin Sifei didn't want to eat at all. She felt that she had

   demonstrated some amazing willpower there, with her state.

   How come this heat period was more serious as a human than when

   I was a cat, though?

   "No, no, I want to take a shower."

   She turned her head to go to the bathroom, and Luo Ke followed

   worriedly behind.

   "Are you really okay? Why do I feel that you are not feeling

   well." She stretched out her hand to press on Lin Sifei's

   shoulder, her eyes widened, "Are you shaking? What's the

   matter?"

   Lin Sifei was not only shaking, but also the ears on top of her

   head trembled violently. People who didn't know the situation

   would probably think she was electrocuted.

   Luo Ke watched her cat ears redden with naked eyes, and held

   her face worriedly, "Do you have a fever?"

   Lin Sifei's eyes widened, watching her get closer, brushing

   away the hair on her forehead, stroking her cheek, and then

   pressing her forehead.

   The scent wafted around her again, invading her nose, brain,

   and body.

   Lin Sifei's eyelashes dropped slightly and couldn't help but

   want to hum, but she slowly stuttered out, "I, I'm fine, I want

   to take a shower."

   Luo Ke was even more worried, as she felt that Lin Sifei's arm

   was really warm to her touch. "I think that you have a fever.

   Don't hide from the doctor. I will give you delicious food

   after seeing the doctor, okay?"

   Lin Sifei pouted, "You are coaxing me like a child."

   "I am coaxing my cat." Luo Ke rubbed her head, rubbing her

   fingers one by one on her cat's ears.

   Lin Sifei couldn't help but hum with this contact.

   She opened her eyes wide, and hurriedly raised her hand to

   cover her mouth.

   Luo Ke's face became a little strange, "Xiaoxiao, you…"

   Lin Sifei also covered her mouth with a slap.
