Nirvana kissed him again then the weight of her hands lifted as if the air and time stopped and he spun to find himself alone, no rustle of old curtain or cloth to imply her sudden disappearance, simply alone with a small mess of tossed out tope on the wooden floor. For a minute he stood, unmoved, running his hand along the stubble on his chin, then he nodded once and left, returning to his camp with serious strides.
