Carmela had asked me to join her for shopping in the City. Something which I don't do ever since I came here to the Langston Palace, as Prince Vincent would just let the designers come to take my measurements and I choose the dresses in a magazine. The trip got me a little excited somehow. 


"Don't stay late, I will come and get you when my work is done with the warriors." 


I smiled and watch him get ready for the day, he must leave earlier to make a round on the borders with the warriors accompanying him. 


"No worries love, Carmela will have plenty of escorts I'm sure of that." 


"I still don't like the idea that she has to take you with her, she can go alone and my father will send a battalion to keep her safe."
