He didn’t like to willingly touch Ethan though. “Fine.” He agreed grudgingly. 


Ethan didn’t say anything after Leon got on his back, quietly walking deeper into the woods. 


Leon wasn’t about to break the silence. 


He started to worry though when Ethan kept walking. 


“You planning to hike down to another town?” He couldn’t help blurting out. 


Almost like Ethan had been waiting for him to speak he stopped, finally letting Leon down. 


Leon was quick to put space in between them. “Why did we come all the way out here anyway? I didn’t even walk.” 


Ethan let him move away, leaning against a tree with his arms crossed. 


“I haven’t seen your wolf since I left.” He said casually. 


Leon was unimpressed. “It’s not like we change coats every year.” 


“Just shift, Leo.” He grumbled, in no mood to argue with him. 


Leon rolled his eyes, tempted to shift then break out into a run afterwards.
