Infinite, that is the amount of God's in the multiverse, always inside a loop of life and death, making exceptions, gods who became omniversal beings and people who achieve the "impossible" of living forever and this happens an infinite amount of times, making infinite omniversal beings and people who achieve the impossible.

But death can't effect them yet it can, death by extension is change, so the mere thought of time "moving" is change, a limb cut off is change and a word spoken is change. As for each "change" there will be another version of the God.

Making every existence that ever laid upon creation to be infinite, to never be a singularity and to never achieve the uniqueness of a omniversal being.

That is the core concept of the grand master realm. To choose from one of the infinite amount of forever dying and living gods. After all, nobody is unique, your path has already been walked infinite upon infinite amount of times. Once chosen the path you take shall be lit ablaze by the pure insanity of infinity. You shall become a Emanation.
