Outside

"Dammit, I feel like I've been walking for days! My feet hurt and this bag is really starting to do a number on my back. God I'm complaining like an old man. Well technically me being a skeleton makes me a old man but then again I think I might be 19 years old if I was still alive on Earth."

At long last the exit of the dungeon was spotted. The light shone throughout the corridor, but it wasn't normal light. The light was coming from a door. A magical door in fact, to keep everyone inside until the boss was defeated. Luckily...he was!

Dylan walked up to the door and it glowed even brighter, revealing the intricate design of the magic rune placed on the door. He walked up to the door and opened it...or he tried. He underestimated the weight of the door and face plant into it.

"God dammit, stupid door. You're supposed to open when I push against you not fight back!"

Dylan got up and pushed the door again, this time using all his strength to move it. The door was roughly 20ft tall and it's weight was unknown. Even with using the entirety of his strength, Dylan was barely moving the door. It was as if a singular ant tried to move a potato chip, could he do it? Maybe!

Dylan wasn't an ant though and the door wasn't a potato chip...or was it? Sadly, no it wasn't.

Dylan pushed and pushed until the door was open just enough for him to squeeze his boney body through.

"VICTORY!!!! IM FREEEE!!! And it's all thanks to eating my Wheaties when I was a small boy, and maybe the extra strength the robe gave me. Moving on, now that I'm free what should I do first?"

Dylan took his first few steps outside and immediately slipped and fell.

"Damn ice, why did it have to be winter when I came out? I hated it back on Earth and I hate it still. Hmm, strange I somehow feel a bit lighter now!"

A scraping noise could be heard as Dylans left leg was sliding across the ice down a hill. It had disconnected right from his hip and started an adventure of its own.

"AHHHH MY LEG!"

Dylan gave chase to his leg, hopping on one foot trying to catch up with the accelerating limb.

"Get back here you stupid leg! I need to you walk properly, you're not being fair!"

Since he was running on ice whilst on a downhill slope Dylan soon slipped once again. Now he and his leg were sliding down the slope together. In a way, they were one again but in actuality they were two.

"This is the exact reason why I hate snow and ice...the cold sucks."

Dylan was gaining on his missing leg as he had more mass than the singular leg.

"Yeah, soon you will be mine again leg! Damn this hill is big, seems more like a mountain than a hill."

Dylan rolled onto his back so he could look behind him and what he saw was indeed a mountain. Well a mountain range at least.

"That makes more sense...Owww!"

Dylans head hit something and when he turned to find out what it was, he saw his leg. He quickly grabbed it and popped it back into place.

"Glad I can't feel anything otherwise this would be excruciating! Haha...ha...It sounded funnier in my head."

Dylan was still sliding the mountain slope and still picking up speed.

"You know this is a surprisingly smooth slope for a mountain. From what I know of them, they are usually rigid and rough."

You ever heard of a flying skeleton? Dylan just became the first one so obviously you haven't. He hit a steep ridge that launched him perpendicular to the slope and he was gone.

"Weeeeeee! I wonder how long it'll be till I hit the ground?"

As Dylan was flying through the air. Humans gathered at the base of the mountain. They were there to investigate the dissapearance of 4 adventurers and if they had died, to retrieve the bodies.

It was a group of ten men, all outfitted with high Tier equipment. Each one could kill Dylan on their own.

"We're here men! This is the mountain that harbors the dungeon that our comrades went to vanquish. Sadly they have not reported back yet so here we are. We are here to either help them or avenge them. Let us kill the bastard that lives in this dungeon!"

^Plop^

Dylan finally hit the ground after what seemed like a world tour flight. He landed in deep snow and got buried in it.

He dug his way out and what see saw shocked him to the bones. He was at the bottom of the mountain, infront of 10 men with their weapons at the ready.

"Shit, what did I do this time? Well I know 2 things here: 1. They're ugly! and 2. They ain't gonna get me today!"

With that being said, Dylan took off running. He wasn't all that fast and seeing as the humans gave chase, he was caught pretty quickly.

Something strange happened though, instead of killing him the men restrained him! This confused Dylan as the other humans tried killing him on sight.

"This monster has intelligence and since it's a skeleton, we can assume it's from the dungeon at the peak. We will bring it in for questioning and hope that it answers to the best of its ability. If not, we kill it!"

The men easily overpowered Dylan and dragged him through the snow. The leader of the group told 6 of the men to stay behind and

complete their original task. The rest of the men escorted Dylan towards a human city to interrogate him.

"Well this ended poorly. Interrogated? Am I going to be tortured?! It won't work cause I don't feel pain but still, it's the principle of the thing. I don't want to have things poked through me and touch hot things."

No matter how hard Dylan struggled he couldn't move an inch. He was outmatched in all categories except looks of course. Intelligence was also in Dylans favor as these men seemed like meat heads. All brawn no brain.

"So I'm being taken to a city full of humans, which isn't good for me or them. I'm going to be interrogated, most likely because of the humans inside the dungeon that I killed. If they find out...I'm most likely going to die so they can't find out."

After being dragged for days by the men, the snow had completely disappeared, which brought Dylan immense joy. Most importantly, the city full of humans was in sight. It was still

quite a distance away since it was only visible on the horizon.

The city was large, it would be considered a simple town back on Earth but on this planet, it was huge. It housed 260,000 humans and other humanoid beings. It was truly a beautiful sight...unless your being dragged there against your will.

"Well this should be fun! Greatest day of my life coming up next, everyone adores me...I swear they do."
