Prologue

In this world, only 65% of the population are given a power know as a skill. Usually the unlocking of these skills can be nice and supportive. However there will always be some sort of problem child destined for evil. "Just come quietly and no one gets hurt!" A police officer says holding a gun towards a bank. A bank robbery was in progress and lets just say the officers in charge were having a bad time.

Suddenly sounds of fighting are heard and the criminals were thrown out of the bank as cops stormed in. They looked around and saw that all the money was gone. "The hell-". A single dime fell from the ceiling and they all looked up to see a teenager who was 5'9, raven black hair, a pale complexion, and silver eyes with a black mask covering his mouth and nose. He was wearing a suit and tie with a large black cape.

"Huh. Guess someones gonna 10 cent richer." He said in a calm demeanor.

Introducing one of the most young and notorious villains- Pitch Black.
