Sweeping his gaze across the masses, Wolfram chuckled softly. Today isn't the day to make any long speeches.

They still had just started the 4-Day festivities ahead of them. There will be time for long winding speeches and plans. Of course .. he had other plans in mind.

Wolfram began: "As Settlement Leader, I welcome our guests on behalf of the Black Wolf Settlement."
