Dumb time-traveler
The World had changed after the red rain stopped, Zombies had appeared on earth and Humanity was no longer at the top of the Foodchain.
Everyone was in chaos as bloodthirsty creatures roamed the whole World!
In a street filled with monsters, Two pairs can be seen moving stealthy as they continued to attack zombies left and right.
The two were wearing masks, The smaller figure was holding a knife while a hoodie covered his white albino hair.
The other was busy shooting the zombies behind them.
The one stabbing was smiling, Having fun bathing in the blood of these monsters.
It felt like he finally belonged.
Vincent was used to the Apocalypse or more like he needed to be used to it.
Although he didn't have any abilities before, He still needed to fight and kill to survive.
To strive and survive in a World filled with monsters, He had no cheat in his previous life and the only thing he could do was plot and scheme to live.
He grew vigilant and cold-blooded, Not caring about the lives of anyone around him. His Humanity was lost after 4 painful years of being an abilityless person, Being treated as a sex slave by everyone around him.
That's why he had a hard time adjusting and looking at the peaceful world when he got reborned.
Vincent grinned while slashing the head of the zombie, happy while using his needles to poke inside and quickly grab the nuclei inside its head and putting it in his space.
A zombies main weakness is his head but it's also the thickest part of their body since it needed to protect the crystal inside it.
This is why he said that his Mental Ability was powerful paired with his space ability,
He just needed to get into a close distance with a zombie and summon his needles to put them inside the brain!
Finally, After they were done by the batch of zombies. Elias grabbed one zombie and used a dagger to split open its brain.
Unfazed at the gore, His hand covered by a gloove grabbed the translucent crystal in it while talking to Vincent.
"This one is the only one with a crystal inside it, Is it a rare thing?"
'It's because i stole all the other ones!' Vincent didn't have the heart to tell him that so he could only shrug it off and said he was also confused.
He was a greedy asshole but can you blame him? Zombie Nuclei would be precious in the future, He wanted to hog it as much as he can and be stronger!
Not to mention, Dual users are harder to level up!
Elias glanced at Vincent, He had seen how skilled Vi was while dealing with those zombies but he didn't wanna question him too much. His institution told him that asking his Vi right now would not bring good results.
Whatever Vi hid, It was fine. As long as he can be with Vi, He was happy.
"Cmon El, Let's continue to kill these things!"
Looking like an excited kid on disney, Vincent didn't conceal his emotions or more like he couldn't.
He was hit with a wave of nostalgia and the feeling of danger excited him!
Elias nodded, As long as Vincent was safe then he would gladly follow him everywhere. Even if that place may be hell or heaven.
Elias was also getting used to these things and was memorizing their movements in his mind, Their main weakness is the head so he would try and get a headshot while their most strongest attack is their hands because of how monstrously strong those hands are.
If those hands gripped a humans head, They would die.
At first he was worried for his Vi since he seemed to be wanting to fight these things hand on hand but after seeing how skillfull he is with his attacks, He didn't worry anymore and just focused on not being a burden to Vincent.
The zombies were slow at walking but had tremendous strength in their hands, Their teeth seemed to also be very strong and could probably chew a whole hand away by just a single bite.
Just as the two were busy killing the zombies on the streets, A Bus passed by them as people inside it looked at them curiously.
"Hey hey, Aren't those two pretty powerful?"
"Hmm but they seem to be the type to just go with their own pace"
"Who cares~ We have someone who can see the future!"
The people inside the bus seemed to be discussing something while Elias and Vincent could only raise their eye brow at this and ignore it.
They only had one objective right now and that's to get as much Zombie Nuclei as possible!
Vincent would attack zombies straight on while also using his abilities to make all the Zombie Nucleis that he and Elias killed be put in his space.
Just as they were in the middle of fighting, A soft voice suddenly shouted out which made the two look at it curiously as the people inside the bus slowly come out.
"The Zombies have something valuable inside!"
Hearing this, Elias quickly looked at Vincent. His look was obviously 'Is this the Fortune teller' which only made Vincent sweatdrop and shook his head.
How could this high-schooler be the fortune teller when there is no such thing as it in the beginning! It was all made up!
"What do you mean?" Looking at the group of students warily, Vincent asked.
"I-I came from the Future! These zombies have something important in them!"
Looking at the High schooler infront of him, Vincent didn't know what to do.
He wanted to stop himself from deadpanning but he can't, Is this student dumb?
Of course he was also surprised that someone came from the past like he did but he didn't think that his fellow time-traveller would be so stupid as to outright declare it to two strangers on the streets!
'Is she stupid?! Is she asking to be dissected?! Why would she tell two strangers that?' Vincent only cringed at the innocent time traveler.
Elias also deadpanned after he listened to the word, What? You came from the Future? Why would you tell that to them? They were strangers!
He already knew that these zombies have something valuable inside them and he trusted his Vi more than these people. Although Vi is clearly mysterious and is hiding lots of things, He didn't mind it much.
"Just as you have heard, Our Yue is something like a Fortune teller. She can predict the future, Join us and help us fight these zombies! With you two around, Fighting these monsters would be a blast!"
The other students that were with 'Yue' said so, Acting like a recruiter while looking like a proud peacock.
The two male that had their face covered by a mask can only facepalm inside.
Coughing, Vincent quickly acted like a spokesman while using his advanced lying techniques to make up some story.
"Sorry but we can't accompany you, We have elderly grandma's and grandpa's to look after and we aren't really interested in joining a group and travelling"
Elias merely nodded, Leaving it to his Vi to do the speaking. Vi is good at talking from being a internet celebrity anyways so he was confident he can sway some bugs.
The group could only look at them regretfully, These men are capable but are protecting weak old people!
But as if still not giving up, The High schooler named Yue looked at them brightly while speaking:
"If you're relying on the Military to rescue you then you're dead wrong! The Military would only arrive after half a year!"
Vincent only looked at her, amused while Elias frowned at seeing the expression that Vincent was wearing. It was the same expression he would use whenever he would find an interesting toy to play with when they were young.
Upset, He grabbed Vincent's hand that were still covered by black glooves and were stained with black blood. Elias spoke coldly to the group of students.
"We don't care, We'll protect our family here."
Finally giving up, The group went inside the school bus and went on with their journey.
Vincent glanced at Elias who was looking at him with a dark expression while smilling,
It made him regret that his horniness won that day he was battling between lust and reason!
"Let's go inside, You must be hungry. Im also very hungry."
Nodding while feeling the hand holding his wrist, Vincent wasn't sure if he should be happy or sad! He had earned atleast close to 50 nuclei and it was an obvious success but on the other hand, His ass might be used to death tonight!
