Chapter 30 Move Out of the Waste City

It was a sunny morning.

In the weapon shop of the old Locke.

Hans hugged the old Locke, who came with Locke to say goodbye to the old Locke.

It remained unknown if the old Locke was really sad for losing a VIP customer.

"Hans, remember to come back to see us often. Don't forget us when you are rich." Locke's words were full of sentiments.

"Old man, what are you talking about? It's not that we won't come back. I would come back to buy weapons. Now I only trust you. We can't trust anyone else."

Watson knew that what Hans said was true. Only the old Locke of the waste city could help them find so many prohibited weapons.

If you can't get it from the black market, the old Locke can get it for you as soon as possible.

Parker, the team's security manager, thought that Locke was amazing. He once suspected that Locke was a member of the military, but after getting along with him for a long time, he finally dispelled his doubts.

The old Locke only had a special channel to get some rare goods in the black market.

For this, Parker said in time, "Our next schedule may be very dangerous, so you need to spend more time and energy on the weapon, Locke."

"No problem. That's enough."

"But as friends, I still have to remind you of the danger. You'd better be careful and do what the treasure seekers should do. Don't take risks. The times have changed."

Watson just nodded absent-mindedly. He agreed with the old Locke's advice, but sometimes he had no choice. Once the bullet was shot, there was no way back.

He had only earned ten million dollars, and it was not the time to pursue stability.

The members of the team were restless. They were all in their prime, so how could they be security guards or well-behaved treasure seekers.

Klova had asked her friend in the police station to find some information about the antique jade necklace.

The same mark appeared in the top-secret files of the police.

After they left Locke's weapon store, they drove to the place they had appointed with Klova.

"So, this necklace has something to do with aborigines?"

Klova nodded. As Hans was there and she knew that Hans's sister had an affair with Watson, she restrained herself from being too intimate with Watson.

She pointed at the mark on the necklace and said, "By comparison, the mark means the key!"

"The key!" Watson and Hans's eyes lit up. It indicated that they might be able to find the treasures of the aborigines.

"Yes, as you think, the top-secret files said that an archery team found the remains of the aborigines of the Anja tribe and excavated a large number of living tools and this necklace. Because of the major discovery, all the excavated items were displayed in the local museum to the local citizens."

"This necklace was originally an item of the museum, but it was stolen that night."

"Originally, neither the team of archery nor the thief knew the meaning of the marks on the necklace, but after comparison and deliberation, the marks on the necklace were exactly the meaning of the key."

"So, we have the only key to open the treasure?"

Hans was so excited. Watson was really lucky. An antique necklace he bought randomly was the key to the treasure.

Watson was very calm. The thing left by the aborigines might be the bones of their ancestors. He didn't know what danger he would encounter, not to mention that he didn't know where the treasure was buried, and what was the use of the key.

Thinking of this, he asked Klova in a hurry, "Is there any information about the buried treasures of aborigines?"

"Well, it is indeed said that according to the investigation of the archers, the treasure is buried not far away from the archery land, but because of lacking key, if forcibly destroyed, it will trigger the mechanism of the aborigine’s ancestors, and the whole secret room will collapse."

"Because we haven't worked out a mining plan, the mining has been stagnant. So many years have passed, and the local government has forgotten that."

Speaking of this, Klova deliberately kept him in suspense. "Now that I know the place where the treasure is buried, I can be your guide. As for the profit, just give me a little."

The thought of going to explore the treasure with Watson excited Klova. She planned to ask for a long leave and take the treasure exploration as a vacation.

Watson secretly rolled his eyes. He didn't expect that Klova also had the gene of taking risks. On second thought, it was not a bad thing to take Klova with him. Her police identity could bring a lot of conveniences.

She was not a weak girl. Klova had won the shooting champion many times in the police school. She was a really strong woman.

If she went with them, at least she wouldn't be a burden to everyone.

Watson had to acquiesce to Klova's suggestion.

On the last question, Watson asked, "Are we going to dig for treasures legally?"

"Of course. You have registered a company, and your business includes digging and exploring treasures. As long as you don't go to the private land to dig treasures, you will get the treasures legally."
