Using Tristan's strength to deal with Andrew, a great warlord, Watson seemed to be relieved a lot.
Now he focused all his attention on mining gold, but the new contradiction and challenge gave Watson a headache.
Parker came to report to him, his face full of helplessness and worry:
"Watson, I think it's much easier to take those mercenary workers to fight than to manage these disobedient miners."
"These guys are not in the mood to dig out the gold at all. They are divided into two groups. The two forces look at each other every day. Once they get the opportunity, they will fight fiercely. No one is willing to accept it."
Watson was confused and asked Parker,
"How could there be two forces? The miners we hired should have the advantage."
Parker shook his head to show that there was something wrong,
"It's not that simple. Watson, those gangsters without wages are the most difficult to discipline."
