Yvonne Finley looked up and saw a young lady dressed in branded clothes with a baby-faced demeanor. She had a pair of silver-rimmed glasses framing her bare face - prim, quiet, and delicately pretty.
Yvonne returned the gaze. With their eyes locked, the young lady immediately lowered her head to apologize, stammering slightly, "I'm...I'm sorry. I didn't look where I was going. Did I bump into you?"
Yvonne was taken aback by the girl's flustered demeanor.
Yvonne shook her head gently, calmingly saying, "Don't worry about it."
Only then did the girl relax, peering timidly at Yvonne. She seemed on the verge of saying something, but ultimately chose to hurry away without a word.
Yvonne glanced at her retreating figure.
She seemed a bit strange.
Yvonne shrugged it off and started to descend the staircase.
Who knows where the person on the roof had run off to... but surely they wouldn't dare to cause a scene again anytime soon.
Cambria was just too big.
