135: Wyatt Wright has a weakness, Athena Davis's secret (Part 2_1)

Levi Wright had just exited the game when Miss Watson called.

"Levi, come downstairs for a moment."

Being called Levi always spelled trouble.

Levi was reluctant, dilly-dallying: "What for?"

The old lady decreed, "When I say come down, you come down."

Levi grudgingly made his way downstairs.

Miss Watson handed him a white envelope, ordering him to run an errand: "Deliver this to the mysterious Ms. Davis in Apt 202."

Mystery Davis was a nickname the residents of building eight had given to Athena Davis, as no one knew her real name.

The mysterious Ms. Davis was so enigmatic that everyone knew she was mysterious.

"What's this?" The envelope wasn't sealed, so Levi peeked inside.

It was full of money, a thick stack, each bill crisp and new.

Miss Watson explained the situation: "Your brother found it on the eighteenth floor. I checked the surveillance footage; it's Ms. Davis's money that she dropped."

These days, not many people carried that much cash on them.
