Her upbringing was extremely strict; she would never curse or use foul language. Labeling someone as "bad" was the harshest thing she could say; it meant a genuine critique, an accusation—bad.

She was the first one to kick Jose Cooper. Oddly, he wasn't angry at all, and even mused that if it were bare-legged, wrapped around his waist, kicking and crying while calling him bad—that would be even more interesting.

"Give me back my luggage."

The young girl's eyes were red, and she was quite frightened.

Jose Cooper softened a bit, "The man you saw earlier is my half-brother. As you might have guessed, there is a bit of family wealth, and the two of us have not been happy about it."
