Ice jumped up in an instant. She ran to a place far away from the door and said loudly, "Godmother, I'm in the bathroom. I'll open the door for you after I come from the bathroom!"
Then she pulled Andy over and said in a low voice, "Don't say anything. I'll hide you!"
Where could she hide Andy?
Not in the living room, it wouldn't be long before Max found Andy.
Not even in her mother's room.
"Why not?"
Andy said in a low voice, "Aunt Emily's room is in the innermost place. Aunt Max won't go in, will she?"
"No!"
"Mommy has said that godmother will go out to play all tonight. What if she goes to my mom's room to make up for sleep?"
She looked around and suddenly grabbed Andy's hand.
"You just hide here."
Max had been waiting anxiously.
She knocked on the door again.
"Ice, what's wrong with you? Come and open the door quickly. Is there anything wrong with you?"
Since Max accidentally lost Ice last time, she had always been worried about Ice's safety.
