Chapter 292 Side Effects

Luke had no time to care about his own trifles. When he heard that Julia had heart failure, he immediately thought of the effect of the medicine.

He raised his eyes and glanced at her. She was calm as if it had nothing to do with her.

She took a slight breath and waved her hand. "Okay, I see. You deal with it. Don't mention it again."

Lucas hesitated for a while and lowered his head. Not satisfied with his reaction, she squinted and said, "Hurry up!"

"Okay."

Luke couldn't help shrinking his neck. The side-effect had already put Julia on the dead end. How long could Lucas hold on? He clenched his fists and looked in the direction Lucas left. No one knew what he was thinking.

That night, Lucas had just returned to the manor from outside when he was stopped by Luke who was guarding there.

"Let's talk."

Lucas stopped. Judging from his recent performance, he knew it was not a good thing.
