Ashley held her hands as she did. She lowered her head and glanced at the tea on the table. It was cold. Just then, her assistant came in with hot tea.
"Miss Ashley, here comes the tea."
"Okay, put it down."
The new tea was replaced with the old one. Ashley sat down, picked up the teacup, and took a sip slowly. It tasted good, and the fragrance of the tea intertwined between her lips and teeth, making her feel comfortable all over.
"Ashley, I really don't know whether you are innocent or not. Lucas is much more complicated than you know. Otherwise, how could he not tell you about what happened to Randy?"
The last sentence made Ashley's tongue scalded by the hot tea. She frowned subconsciously and felt very painful.
"Look, you can't even calm down when it comes to the matter between him and Randy, can you?"
It had to be said that although Anne was weak now, her ability could not be underestimated. She almost made her lose her temper. Ashley was on high alert.
