Looking at the decadent Luke, Charlie had a lot to say, but he held it back.
He knew there were a lot of things that he couldn't persuade him of. Even if the two had been together for so long, it was useless.
This was Luke's personality. He wouldn't easily ask about other people's things, nor would he allow others to see through his heart.
"As long as you don't regret it." Charlie chose to support him.
Just then, Luke looked up at the end of the corridor and said slowly, "Come over if you hear me."
Following his sight, Charlie saw Hermione walking out of the corridor slowly. It seemed that she had been listening to their conversation here for a long time.
"You have really returned the shares to her." Hermione was a little surprised, but her tone was still calm.
"All of them," Luke said generously.
But the more indifference he showed, the sadder Hermione felt.
In Hermione's view, he had taken the company from Lucas, and now he was sad only because he had once been.
