Chapter 6 Confess?

"What?..."

*Thud!*

Liam tripped off his shoes and suddenly bumps into a person while chasing after anna. He stagnates and falls back because of the impact.

Liam slowly runs his head to negate some pain and raises his head to look at the individual who he bumped into.

Lifting his head a countenance of the person reflects in his eyes, which he knew very well.

Standing in front of him was a boy of the same age as him. Healthy and white complexion, but his expression was nothing like that. Clearly showing his anger and hideousness.

Daniel was strolling around the parkway after he came out of the hotel.

He was at the hotel because his friends were throwing a party so they asked him if he wanted to come to the party and naturally, he agreed to come without any hesitation.

They were all college students and in their youth so it was only natural for them to have parties and road trips. To enjoy their youth fully.

Thereupon finishing the party he came out of the hotel with his mobile phone in his hand as he was going through social media. When unexpectedly somebody bumped into him in his chest.

He was very angry at the person who bumped into him even though he didn't suffer any kind of injury.

He was barely able to feel any pain because Liam didn't directly bump into him as he was tripped and he staggered and lightly hit him in the chest before Liam fell.

"You... Shit... ?" Daniel's face was not so good and he started to swear at the individual who bumped into him but he stopped when he looked at the individual when he raised his face.

Because he knew the person very well as they all go to the same college and even before that he knew that person because of family gatherings between their groups... Liam. They can be called friends but his relationship with Liam was not that good like with his other friends.

"So it's you," Daniel called out after looking at Liam's face.

Anna, who was running and giggling clearly feeling happy to finally pay back Liam for teasing her. Her running came to a halt when she listened to a small cry of pain and someone falling.

She turned her head to look at what happened when she saw Liam was lying on the floor on his back and rubbing his temple.

"Who would have thought that we would meet here?" Daniel growled as he was displeased with Liam ruining his night. This was just an excuse because he will find another reason to bully him.

"Are you okay? What happened?" Anna supported him to stand up and ask as she was concerned about Liam's injury as she glanced at Daniel.

Daniel looked at Anastasia dissatisfied. He was envious of Liam to be with Anastasia, and he didn't try to hide it.

"Always trying to act," Daniel commented watching Anastasia help Liam standing up and ruffling his clothes and hair.

"Liam, are you better? Did you get injured anywhere?" Anastasia checked Liam for any injury.

"Thanks, It's nothing; I am fine," Liam replied as he got up looking at her.

*Hmph!*

Daniel humped while looking at him.

"What are you doing here?" Anastasia asked, finally looking at Daniel, as he was here to create a problem.

"What does that have to do with you?" Daniel refused to answer Anastasia.

"Then don't try to create any trouble with him." Anastasia glared at him.

*Sneer!*

"Hide behind a woman and try to act like a hero. You better pray we don't meet alone." Daniel turned around knowing he would not be able to do anything with Anastasia being here.

He didn't want to find any trouble with her being around. So he just turned around and left.

"Are you okay?" Anastasia asked again.

"I am good." Liam sighed.

"Don't worry if anyone wants to create trouble for you I will beat them." Anastasia assisted him.

"Thank you, very much!" Liam rolled his eyes.

"You don't believe me, do you?" Anastasia looked at him suspiciously and asked.

"When did I say that?" Liam defended him.

"Do you know who I am?" Anastasia implored and held her head high.

"You are Anna," Liam answered, gazing at her.

"That is my current disposition; before that, I was a war goddess." Anna started raising her chin, "That way I am the reincarnation of a war goddess."

Liam just looked at her without saying anything.

"So don't worry, I will protect you. If anyone gives you a problem I will beat them up." Anastasia gestured like she was swinging a sword, Ensuring him and continued. "And if you try to tease me anymore I will also beat you up." exhibiting her fist.

*Pftt!*

"Hahahah..." Liam started to laugh at her.

"Why are you laughing? You still didn't believe me, so let me teach you a lesson." Anastasia gritted her teeth and plunged on him.

"Okay, okay. I believe you." Liam teased her, brushing past her.

"Stop right there," Anastasia growled at him.

"Hahaha.." Liam continued to tease her. He knew what she was only to distract him from this incident so as to not let him feel bad and he appreciates her for that.

Meanwhile, unknown to two of them, a pair of 4 eyes were staring at them across the road from inside the car with black windows.

"That Daniel... He always tries to bully Liam in college and still finds trouble with him when he sees him." Ariana muttered angrily looking at the scene from afar clenching her fists.

"Why don't you confess to him?" A voice brings Ariana out of her stance as she turns to look at her best friend.

"W-What are you trying to say.?" Ariana stammered aiming to dodge the question.

"Isn't that obvious that you love him?" Karla replied looking into her eyes.

"W-what?" Ariana's face began to turn red, she shook her head trying to deny, " it's not like that..."

But Karla interrupted her, not letting her complete as she continued.

"Don't forget that I am your best friend; I have spent half of my life with you and know everything about you since we were kids," Karla stated and continued "Even if you ask a stranger he or she will also tell you that you love him."

"Is it that obvious?" Ariana questioned not denying Karla's hypothesis.

"Of course it is. What do you know? It is all written on your face." Karla answered, stating the obvious.

"But he is already with Anastasia," Ariana began looking at Liam and Anna, " and I don't want to see their lives ruined because of me." she sighed looking down.
