Chapter 21 Murder?

"Damn! Fuck you! Do you think you can walk out of the door just like that after hurting me?" Just when Liam was talking to Samuel and they were about to leave this place, Bram who was unconscious this whole time woke up and shouted angrily at Liam while supporting himself to stand up.

Liam stopped when he listened to Bram's words. He turned around and snatched the dagger from Samuel's waist and moved his hand at extremely fast speed then threw the dagger at Bram.

*Puchi~*

*Thud!*

The dagger turned into a flashlight travelling at lightning speed and pierced Bram's forehead in an instant! It was just so fast that no one could react in time! Just when the sound of something banging the floor got into their ears they found out about this!

The young master of the Morgen family! His father is Finn Morgen who holds vast influence and power here. His uncle Jayden Morgen is one of the leaders of underground forces in this place. Such a person who no one dared to offend was killed without a second thought.

Everyone could feel their back starting to sweat. Some of the guests present fell into their seats, their palms sweating profoundly!

The man in front of them was just like a messenger from hell!

Killing young master Bram is like cutting a chicken without breaking a sweat! How can they sit calmly after looking at this?

A huge boulder was put on their hearts, making it hard for them to breathe!

"Elder sister Madeline, these few days you should eat, drink and enjoy yourself, don't waste your last days working!" Liam glanced at the shivering Madeline and said with the same gentle smile.

After uttering these words Liam walked toward the lady who stood on the stage with a stunned expression and took the pearl from her hand; turning around he walked out of the Lewis family hall!

In the entire hall, people watched Liam leaving and their hearts in trepidation looking at his back.

"If you have this much confidence then why don't just kill me already?" Madeline mumbled to herself, her eyes hollowed without any of life.

She understood that Liam didn't want them to die so easily! Making them feel fear of death every day!

'Do you think I can be defeated that easily? Since you didn't kill me today, I don't expect you will have any chance in future.' Madeline reignited her fighting spirit in her heart and looked at Liam's back with vicious eyes.

When everyone saw that Liam had left the premises they were relieved!

However, just everyone thought that nothing will happen now as Liam was no longer present here something shocking happened...

*SWOOSH!*

a steel dagger with a note attached to it shot from outside the gate flying straight into the wall! At the end of the dagger was a bloody note with the name written on it.

These names were all of those people who were about to die! Names of the big families and some small family members who participated in Liam's father's murder!

At this moment no one was able to calm themselves, their whole body turned icy cold. This... This man is a monster!

Madeline didn't look any more nervous while looking at the note. The first name written on it was obviously hers.

Today she didn't get any chance as everything that happened was so sudden she didn't know how to react to it! That's why she was so nervous and shocked. If she had known in advance that Liam had returned then the situation wouldn't have been the same.

Madeline who regained her fighting spirit looked at everyone present and said with viciousness clear in her eyes; "everyone doesn't need to feel scared, he won't have any chance again!"

Everyone looked at Madeline and they could feel extremely strong killing intent oozing from her eyes and didn't have her previous cold expression on her face.

As expected of a woman like Madeline! So quickly adjusted her mentality against Liam's threats and decided to fight him.

Watching Madeline it seems that she can win. After all, she is an insidious and tricky person.

"However, I hope that what you saw today is buried in your hearts and not let any other person know outside except who are present here; can you please do that for me?" Madeline looked at everyone present and said with a sweet smile which looked quite poisonous to guests in the hall.

They nodded their heads like some machine, they wouldn't dare to offend such a poisonous person who dared to kill her relatives for money!

After the show ended all the guests walked out of the hall in a daze. They were more or less affected by what happened today and couldn't calm down for a long time!

Ariana also followed the flow and walked out the hall, turning back looking at the Lewis family mansion she felt quite emotional.

She settled down in her car but her mind was still immersed in thoughts of Liam, recreating the scene of when Liam walked out of the villa with his back wide facing looked very majestic!

She couldn't calm down for a long time from her shock; she has always been in love with Liam since her childhood till this day!

She always wanted to marry him so when she heard about Liam and Anastasia getting together and they were engaged and planning to marry soon; she cried for days and locked herself up in her room not eating anything!

"Ariana, why did you drag me here today? I won't be able to sleep for a few days when I go back home. Liam is too scary! He is definitely different from how we knew him, like he is a completely different person. From the beginning till the end I didn't even have the courage to look at him..." Karla, Ariana's best friend who was sitting in the car said when Ariana got in.

Ariana shook her head. Liam is no longer the same person she knew seven years ago; he is like a mystery shrouded by these thick clouds that you can't see through no matter how much you strive to look through it.

Liam in the past was a humble and downright person, always making everyone happy with his humour!

Because of this characteristic of Liam, Ariana unknowingly fell in love with Liam.
