Dinner and Family

Hong Gi sipped his beer and waited for Steph. He was careful to take it slow. He had barely eaten since Steph had walked out. Sleep had also escaped him. If he wasn't careful, he would fall asleep before she arrived. That was the last thing he wanted. He wanted to be at his best and capable of keeping up with that amazing girl.

He looked around the empty restaurant and hoped Steph would understand. She wanted to date publicly, and he wanted to speak with her privately. Renting out the entire restaurant was the best compromise he could come up with. But he had to admit, it felt kind of creepy sitting among the many empty tables listening to elevator music. He had been going for romantic.
