Chapter 19 Franti's Surprise

The cloudy and rainy weather brought a hint of coldness.

Wendy Cassia wrapped up her suit jacket and looked out of the window. It was drizzling. She walked forward and closed the window.

"She pissed me off!" Wendy Cassia's hand trembled when she heard the sudden irritable sound outside the office.

It was Franti Cassia. She was almost a dissatisfied housewife, throwing tantrums to vent her anger every day.

Throwing the umbrella in her hand away directly, Franti Cassia was panting in her assistant's seat, which was different from her exquisite appearance when she just went out. Her suit pants were stained with mud, and a few drops of rain fell down along her dark red hair. She looked extremely embarrassed.

Wendy Cassia opened the door of the office and put her right foot against the door. She smiled and looked at Franti with her arms crossed.

Noticing her gaze, Franti Cassia looked at her, straightened her chest and walked towards Wendy arrogantly.

However, before she could reach her, Wendy Cassia raised her hand and pointed it at her. "Don't get too close to me with such clothes."

Although her tone was polite, there was a hint of disgust in her eyes.

Franti Cassia stopped and gathered all her anger in her eyes, which seemed to jump out of the orbit at any time.

She clenched her fists and made a sound of bones colliding. The others, including her assistant, all lowered their heads to work silently, fearing that they would be dragged into the mire.

"Oh, it seems that the matter is not settled smoothly." Wendy Cassia looked her up and down with a smile in her eyes.

It was her fault in the case, but with her personality, it was very likely that she would quarrel with the person in charge of the Ainol Group. After a few times, she might not even be able to see the person of Ainol.

As Wendy Cassia had expected, Franti had no way to deal with it.

Blue veins stood out on Franti Cassia's forehead. She couldn't control her emotions in front of this woman. Her shoulders trembled slightly. "Yes, it's not going well. Are you satisfied now, Miss Wendy?"

Perhaps it was because she was too angry that her voice was trembling. Now she was like an angry gorilla, making people scared and no one dared to approach her.

Of course, except Wendy.

"How could you say that, my friend?" Wendy Cassia spread out her hands, with innocence in her big watery eyes. "It has nothing to do with me."

"Shut up!"

Franti Cassia couldn't hear Wendy's voice now. She roared and her breath was disordered. "Wendy, let me tell you. No one can laugh at me, including you!"

Her words made Wendy Cassia laugh. Wendy covered her mouth elegantly and then put down her hand. She tilted her head and looked at the woman in front of her as if she was innocent. "But, Franti, you are already!"

Wendy Cassia reached out her hands to gesture how embarrassed Franti was and shook her head.

Through the glass door of the office, Franti Cassia saw her current appearance. What was the difference between her and a homeless woman on the roadside?!

"NO!" She shouted and ran out. "Sunny, bring me new clothes right now."

Sunny Evans, as Franti's assistant, had endured her bad temper for many years, but she dared not say anything.

Upon hearing this, Sunny Evans hurried into her office to look for clothes.

"What a poor woman!" Wendy Cassia looked in the direction where Franti was leaving and sighed. There was no need to fight fearlessly. Mrs. Joshua would belong to her sooner or later.

Wendy Cassia smiled, turned around and entered the office.

In the bathroom, Franti Cassia changed into a new dress and reapplied before she walked out. She had to go to find Louis Wellington now. He was the only one who could solve the problem.

In the boss's office.

Evan Lechter stood at the door, and Franti Cassia's coquettish voice came from inside from time to time. He could imagine that the boss should be on pins and needles at the moment.

Shaking his head helplessly, Evan Lechter went on with his work.

In the room, Louis Wellington stood in front of the French window, with his back as big as a mountain, and his eyes were fixed outside the window. No matter how coquettish the woman beside him was, he never looked away.

Franti Cassia held his hand and shook it. "Louis, I've tried my best, but the factory doesn't take responsibility now. Even the Ainol's people don't want to see me."

Louis Wellington rubbed his forehead and felt a headache. He pulled his hand out and flapped his golden eyelashes, but no one could see the color in his eyes.

"Do... Do you really have the heart to leave me alone and let Wendy laugh at me?"

At the mention of this name, Louis turned to look at her and said, "Then give Mrs. Joshua to her."

He looked at her with unprecedented seriousness.

Louis wasn't kidding!

Franti Cassia's throat twitched slightly and turned her face away. "No, I won't. I have gotten Mrs. Joshua myself."

"Can you solve the project of Ainol?"

The man's cold reply was like a mudslide, smashing Franti Cassia's only remaining self-esteem at the fastest speed.

"But without this big client, I..."

Louis Wellington took out a document from the cabinet and handed it to Franti. "You follow up on this case."

When she opened the file, Franti Cassia's eyes lit up with surprise. "My God! Louis, are you really going to hand over this case to me?"

"Yes, leave the project of Ainol to Wendy."

"Okay, okay. Thank you, Louis!" It was hard to hide the joy on Franti Cassia's face. She could get this case much more useful than all kinds of clients.

"The case is not settled yet. Let's not talk about it yet."

Louis Wellington knew what kind of person Franti was. If he didn't remind her, she would tell the world as soon as she went out.

"Okay."

Louis Wellington waved his hand to let her go. Franti Cassia was in high spirits, so she didn't say anything and left happily.

After she went far, Evan Lechter came in.

"Boss, have you handed over Angela's model clothes to Miss Cassia?" He asked. When he received this case, what he knew was that his boss would hand this case over to Wendy to test her ability. But how did he change his mind?

Angela was the diva of the British sweet song. She had been in the entertainment industry for three years and had made a craze by only releasing three albums. Now she was very popular. A few days ago, she received an invitation from a fashion show and handed the customized products to her friend Louis Wellington.

"Cassia's ability..." To be honest, Evan Lechter was a little worried.

Louis Wellington's face was calm. He sat down slowly and rotated his chair. With a faint smile on his face, he said, "Perhaps we can see her value more when she solves the project of Ainol."

His voice was calm and his words showed his interest in Wendy.

"As for Angela, take your time." Louis Wellington smiled evilly and looked at Evan, "Go and invite Wendy here."
