It had been 20 minutes since they came out and sat down. The two people were still washing the tableware in the kitchen. They looked like a family.
John Wilson's face was overcast with displeasure, which was clearly seen by Selina. She called Wendy in a pleasant voice, "Wendy, have some fruit."
"Okay."
Looking at John, Wendy could tell that he was not happy. She looked at Louis and said, "We have found the venue and it needs to be redecorated. The company recommended by Mr. Louis is not bad. Tonight, we want to thank him."
'Why should she explain?'
Louis Wellington looked at Wendy. He was confused, but he didn't say anything.
Hearing her explanation, John smiled and said, "Oh, I see. Thank you, Mr. Louis. I know a lot of people. You can call me next time."
After taking a slight glance at Louis, John turned to look at Wendy.
His eyes were full of passion, and Louis felt uncomfortable. He stood up and said, "Well, I'll go back first."
"Okay, Mr. Louis. Take care."
