Chapter FORTY THREE

　　I wanted to go to my room but I didn't. Instead, I shifted into my light brown wolf and ran through the woods to clear my head. I didn't know what else was expected of me. I just want to be happy? Is it too much to ask for? I ran until my legs got tired, afraid I was going to lose the cloth I brought along with me I decided to shift back. I changed to the big t-shirt and walked around this part of the woods that I have never been to. I saw buildings on the other end and I immediately knew I was close to human territory. How did I get this far? I turned to walk away when I heard a girl scream in pain. Without thinking, I ran out of the woods to see who it was. I was suddenly in the midst of a small human village. All eyes were on me as I stood on the spot suddenly feeling stupid for not thinking.
