YOU ARE MORE LIKE A WIFE

"Did you forget that you are my assistant and is this the reason you haven't been picking up my calls?" Ken said angrily.

He looked at her with the coldest face he could muster. "You are my assistant but you can't even pick up when I need you?".

Alex had a nonchalant expression on his face, but Anna was surprised and retorted '' when did you call me? My phone has been in my bag with me and I didn't hear it ring at all".

Ken looked at her pissed and asked her "Now why would you hear it when you are being all noisy and bickering over nothing huh? Why would you hear it when you are not concentrating on your job and your duties here? This is not a playground and this certainly is not your home, and I certainly don't pay you to have fun with my clients, so will you quickly stand there, go to the counter, order me food and have it brought to my office. Now!!!!"

As soon as he said his piece leaving them both flustered he walked majestically, back to his office to wait for her to scold her properly. He didn't like the fact that she ignored his calls because she was with another man.

He was so annoyed that he couldn't work so he just sat on the sofa. A minute later Anna called him and asked in her sweetest tone, she knew she had offended him a lot today

" Hello Mr CEO, what would you like to have for lunch? '' Ken was caught off guard by the tone of her voice; he had never heard her talk so sweetly and softly, not even to that Alex of a guy.

He was touched and melted completely. " Just get me a sandwich with some salad and an apple juice."

She just said 'okay' and ended the call. She ordered the food and went up to his office. She knocked and was asked to come in, which she did then walked straight to the table to set the food.

When she was done she stood at the side and said " your food is ready Mr CEO, what else can I do for you?"

"Nothing more," Ken said as he sat down to eat. Anna stood there and decided to ask him some questions when he was done for the efficiency of her job. She didn't like what happened throughout today.

She stood there for 8 minutes until he was done. She quickly put away the things on the table and wiped the table with a serviette.

"I would like to speak to you sir, it will almost be closing time so I would like to know my duties in the company so I can start properly and more professionally tomorrow," she said with a smile to not offend him.

Ken was surprised but decided to just tell her what she wants anyways. " As my assistant, you don't have to stress yourself with office work. I have Secretaries for that".

Anna quickly asked, " what do I do then?""Listen Anna your job here is to look after me and me alone, make sure am happy, comfortable, well-fed, always looking good, travel with me on business trips and most importantly your work is 24/7 you can go home but whenever I call you saying I need you, you have to be there no questions asked, do you get that? "

Anna stood there looking at him shocked at what he just said.

"Wait so you're saying that I have to babysit you. That means you employed me to be your nanny?" Anna asked shocked to the brinks.

Ken chuckled at what she understood from what he just said: " Hmmm you are almost right, but am not a baby if you look at this in a more mature direction you are more like a wife except that you don't have to fulfil any s*xual duties".

He chuckled to himself and said in a hushed tone " at least for now".

Anna didn't hear the last words he said. But she was already speechless by the ones she heard but didn't argue since he said she wouldn't have to perform any s*xual duties. She said to herself 'calm down Anna, you need that money '.
