Their salads, rolls and wine choices were served but Aiden continued to stare at her like she had demanded he give her his first-born child. Rosie ate her salad with gusto, waiting for him to come out of his stupor. She was happy to eat, more than happy, especially when the food tasted as good as it looked. Jenny was certain to groan with jealousy for sure when Rosie tells her she'd been here.

After what seemed like an eternity, a plate of salad and two breadsticks, Aiden finally had command of his faculties. And just in time for their main course to arrive.

"Rosie..." Aiden shut his eyes tight and shook his head. "I... How did you figure that out?"

She tilted her head to the side. "You're not going to lie to me? Tell me I'm wrong?"

"What's the point? And I never wanted to lie to you. It's just…"

"Cedric," she muttered. "Cedric made you, didn't he?"
