The feeling of someone watching her spiked the hairs on her neck.

Rosie shuddered.

This wasn't how she wanted to start her job. Being paranoid over nothing again.

But the ominous feeling had just grown stronger and stronger over the past few days ever since someone tried to mug her. Though she usually would just do her best to shake off the creepiness, she just couldn't quite manage it today.

And she blamed the damn text scammer.

Blocking the calling unknown number for God-knows-what time, Rosie slammed her phone inside the drawer and pushed it close.

"Is everything okay?" Jenny asked, leaning on her elbows at her over the cubicle wall.

Rosie shrugged. "I'm just feeling a little tired."

"You know what you need?"

"What?"

"A vacation."

Her lips twitched. "I don't have time for a vacation, not with the project deadline coming up."

"Then do you want me to introduce you to someone?" Jenny suggested.
