Angelo pov

I opened my eyes to see myself in the hospital. I tried to remember what happened to me. but my eyes were blurry, I was dizzy, and I felt like throwing up at any moment. a strong headache drummed in my brain.

I spoke asking the doctors around me "what happened? why am I here?"

one of the doctors, who worked for me already, gestured to the nurses and the other doctors to get out, then he sighed as if he didn't know what he should say or form where he should start his words.

I tried to adjust my back and sit "what's going on?"

He shrugged and said in a poor desperate tone "doctor Angelo. you're a doctor and you should know that—"

I immediately checked my wristwatch, "oh my god! I do have an appointment with my son." I stood up immediately, saying in a hurry "I should go now."

But he froze me by his words "no, you can't! you need to stay longer, we need to put you under observation and examination and a lot of blood tests."
